Daenerys woke to an unusual sound, it was the sound of her first born crying. Two things crossed her mind, one, it was not even morning yet and he was probably the child that could sleep the most in the entire capital. Two, Ned never cries when he wakes. As a matter of fact, he doesn't cry much at all. She was also surprised that Rhaella did not wake to the sounds her brother was making. Daenerys sat up and saw that she was not lying on her husband anymore, he was in fact, nowhere to be seen. Daenerys got out of bed and walked to her son's crib. She figured that during his sleep he would have realised that he was in fact, not sleeping between his parents. "What are you doing awake?" She asked as she looked down at him. Ned had pulled himself up as he continued to cry... Daenerys smiled down at her prince and picked him up. She held him on her waist as she brushed the hair and sweat off of his face and kissed his lips.
"Sleep my son" she whispered. "It is not yet daybreak, far from it actually" she said as she kissed his cheek. Ned looked at the queen and held his hands on her face, he had tears in his eyes and was looking at her as if he was trying to tell her something. After a while, Daenerys realised that he was pointing at their chamber door, wanting to go outside. Daenerys glanced down and saw a sleeping Ghost under the princesses bassinet, she then checked her daughter one last time before taking her leave... she figured he wanted to go and see his Aunts – the queen didn't even know if they would be awake at this time but she knew that they wouldn't mind. Daenerys opened the door and saw GreyWorm and another unsullied man guarding her chambers. "My queen, where are you going?" he asked curiously, looking at her and his prince.
"Take a walk around the castle with me GreyWorm" she whispered. "Little Ned Stark here cannot sleep she finished. "As you wish my queen" he said as he looked at his guard. Stay here and protect the princess he said as he walked away with Daenerys. They arrived outside of Arya and Sansa's chamber, Ned threw himself back and shook his head. "Well, he doesn't want to go in there" she laughed at GreyWorm, let's continue our walk she said, the castle is nice and quiet at this time.
Jon could have killed him right now, he could have choked him to death and it would not have bothered him at all. He could have thrown him out of the window that was open right next to him and no one would have blinked an eye. "Touch my sister" he whispered..."and I will kill you myself... he said as he let him go. He didn't want to –but he reluctantly did. Daario dropped to the ground, catching his breath. Jon turned to walk away before he heard the slide of a sword... he turned around to see that Daario had drawn his sword. There he was, standing there pointing it at the king. Jon turned his whole body to look at him "are you sure you want to do that?" he asked, placing his hand of LongClaw.
Daario was seething "put your hands on me again, he whispered and I'll" – his sentence was cut short by Jon drawing LongClaw smacking his sword so hard it almost fell out of Daario's hand. Daario took a swing at the king, but he moved so fast out of the way that even he was surprised. Even in a confined space, even months after the war for the seven kingdoms, Jon was a skilled fighter. Daario wondered what he had gotten himself into, whereas Jon, Jon decided that there would only be one man standing after this fight. He threw Daario to the ground and he had lost his sword, Jon kicked it out of the way and stormed towards Daario, who was moving backwards away from the king. Just then, GreyWorm, Daenerys and Ned came around the corner. "What's go– Jon?" the queen whispered. Daario looked up and saw GreyWorm, he looked at Jon and saw that he was distracted by his son. Daario glanced at the queen and saw the fire in her eyes. He quickly stood, pulled the dagger out of his boot and threw it hard at the kings' chest before disappearing out of the window, leaving Daenerys and GreyWorm to deal with the mess he had caused...
Arya woke to the sound of footsteps running past her room, she knew something was wrong. She shot out of bed, put needle on her waist and her valerian dagger on her hip. Arya opened the door and grabbed an arm of one of the unsullied soldiers running past her room. She didn't know him, she couldn't speak high valerian but he knew who she was and what she wanted to know.
"The king attacked, we looking for Daario Naharis, last seen fleeing the capital on foot." He then turned and ran with his army. Rage flowed through her entire body and in an instant, she was gone. She was no one.
