I get up of the beach and walk back towards the bus, it takes me 20 minutes to walk back and only 5 minutes to get to the beach. probably because I was running.
As I approach the bus I see the door hanging off, what's happened?
"Hello?" I say as I walk in. the whole place is a tip it's been completely trashed. my phone is missing from the counter and so is the X box, we've been robbed.
"Is anyone here?" I say louder but at that moment I see bullet holes in the wall. oh god.
I hear a quite moan.
"BRAD?" I say as I walk into our room.
"Shit your bleeding" I say tears appearing in my eyes.
I call an ambulance.
"Your going to be ok baby" I hold him tight and cry into his shirt. there's so many things to say to him I hope I get a chance to.
5 minutes later the ambulance appear.
"Please help, my boyfriend is injured, there's been a robbery and I was out" I say
"Is there anyone else here?" Asks another man.
"Oh yeah I think so I haven't checked" I say
The man walks towards Deans room which is next to ours.
"QUICK WE HAVE ANOTHER" shouts the man.
"AND OVER HERE" says another.
Oh please god save them.
10 minutes later and I'm sitting in the waiting room biting my nails (I never bite my nails)
I can't stop myself from crying everywhere. I guess I was the lucky one, I got away.
"Miss Lee?" Asks a doctor
"Yeah that's me" I say standing straight up.
"You are poppy lee right?" asks a doctor
"Yes" I say eager to know the information.
"You'll be glad to know that your boyfriend is alright and so is his friend Connor Ball, James McVey, Tristan Evans, Liam Parker, Jake Johnson and Joe Tomlinson" the doctor says
"Oh thank you for everyth-" I stop
"What about Dean?" I ask
The doctor looks down and then back up to me.
"Oh no please don't say" I start crying because even though I didn't know dean so well he was still my friend.
I sit down.
"Can I see Brad?" I ask
"Yes he is only slightly injured" the doctor shows me the way.
I rush into his room.
"Poppy I didn't mean anyth-" brad begins but I just kiss his soft lips and cup his face.
"It doesn't matter" I whisper into his ear
"No it does I'm really sorry" he says
"I love you and it's ok it really is" I kiss him again.
"How is everyone else?" he asks
"Everyone's fine.... except from Dean he's.... gone" I say looking into his eyes.
"No, you're joking aren't you?" asks brad
"I'm so sorry baby" I say
Brad hides his face but I can tell he's crying.
"You don't have to hide in front of me it's okay" I say
"He was one of my best mates, oh I'm so happy you weren't there I wouldn't forgive myself if you got hurt" brad says
I smile and kiss his face again.
"I should go visit the others" I say
"Don't leave" he says
"I need to call people's parents and stuff" I say still holding his hand
"Ok, love you" says brad
"Love you" I say and leave.
