I bite my cheek

Every time

I have to hold back

A comment

And by the end

Of the day

My mouth takes

Strongly of blood

I hate it

But it's better

Than being judged

For my opinion

Or being rejected

For what I think

Is right

So I let it bleed

And tear the flesh

Pain sometimes numbs

Pain sometimes helps

So I put up with

The pain

It's better to bleed inside

Than outside
