Meaningless
That's all life is
We all will die one day
And we will fade
Into oblivion
So why bother longer
My footprints are already fading
And my name forgotten
It's not spoken with passion
Or love
Mostly full monotone
Or harsh words
Laced with hate
And even with the good
Our temporary brilliance
Will fade into dull ashes
Shattered in the wind
And will disappear
Into oblivion
