🌹Chapter Seventeen🌹
Second Training
Part I

For the entire week, I've done meditation;
How to sense someone approaching you from multiple directions, how to build up chakra as you meditate all of the sort..
I did my normal, everyday routine; bath, my sisters comb my hair, I dress, meditate and eat... "So what's my training?"
I asked, "Skill, strength, attack and defence..." She replied,  'Omg, finally!' I exclaimed with joy in my mind, but what came out was, "Interesting.."  We strolled out to the courtyard, at the sparing ground. Kōri stood a few feet away from me and made her stance, "You must let your opponent strike first, show me what you got."  I made a few hand signs, with that done, four thick vines of roses corrupted with thorns rapidly crawled out of the earth, they shot thorns at my opponent. In a wave of Kōri's palm, the thorns halt and faced to me, "Crap," slipped out of my mouth,
I waved my hands, making the four vines close in, protecting me, "You have a lot of defence but you lack attack," she commented,
"You think I don't know that?" I sweat dropped with a sigh, "Think fast!," she quickly said, "Huh?" I glanced up to see her dashing towards me. She threw a punch, which I dodged and snapped back at her with a round house kick. She grabbed my foot and flung me in the air, I reached in my sleeve and sent out shurikens, she deflected them with a two- sided kunai. As I landed flat on my feet, Kōri reached into her pocket and seeds at my feet,
"Grow," She chanted, the seeds at my feet grew rapidly into thin vines of roses lacking thorns, It danced around me then it tightened itself around me, trapping me, I glanced up and Kōri was there, holding a kunai to my neck. The vines loosened, retreating back into the bowels of the earth, I sat on the floor, gasping for as much air as I could, "In battle, there are many distractions; you must blind yourself to what happens around you and focus on your opponent.
Never give your opponent an opening, always stay on guard. Also, never show your weaknesses, try your best to hide it. If they find out what your weakness or weak spot, you are done for... Always remember that, training is over, for today." 
"Yes, ma'am.."

I sat on my bed and sighed, "Sister, what's wrong?" Yumi, a little girl who doesn't have the jutsu but helps around in the temple.
Her hair was short with a hair pin holding back her bangs, her skin was pale and she wore a little kimono with a dragon on it.
She tilted her head as she asked, making her hair lean one side. "Nothing's wrong, Yumi, just worn out." I replied while ruffling her jet black hair, "You know, there's a room with various materials and weapons used for training, you can make use of some.."
"Okay, can you show me where it is?"
"Sure! Follow me!" She tugged me off the bed, dragging me towards the destination, 'Darn, for a seven year old, you sure got strength..' I thought,
"I know, I got it from my mom.."
"Huh?"
"I can read your thoughts, I put chakra in my palms for for more strength.."
"Oh.."
"Here we are!" She pulled open the door,
"Wow..." There were swords, spears, halberds, knuckles, practice dummies, almost all the weapons and training equipment you could ever dream of! "Have fun, sister.." Yumi left,
"I'll just start with the practice dummies,"  I cleared enough space for me to practice on the dummy, I began to practice on the dummy, and I did all day, Kōri was outside the room, and the corners of her lips tugged upwards, forming a smile,"I knew she was special.." She whispered and walked away,
