I waited a second before answering.

We had planned to see "A Dog's Purpose" since Jared saw the commercial two months ago.

Don't get me wrong, I'm ecstatic to be with my two amazing boyfriends. It's just...my anxiety doesn't like movie theaters. At all. They're dark and my night vision sucks and crowded and sometimes you can't see over the person's head in front of you and I'm never sure if it's appropriate to get emotional because it might disturb people nearby and they're really expensive and-

Connor: Evan you there?

Jared: EVAN HELLO?????

Connor: shut up Jared

Connor: Evan are you okay?

Evan: oh yeah sorry I was was in the bathroom

Connor: wow Jare I'm impressed

Jared: yeah that's me the Insanely Cool Evan's Boyfriend

Connor: what time does the movie start Jare

Jared: hold on let me check

Jared: 7:30

Connor: so I'll pick you up at 6:00 and get to Ev by like 6:05 that way we can arrive at the movies an hour early

Jared: and Evan can sit in the middle so we can shower him with our affection!!

Connor: and since there are two of us we can protect him at all times

Jared: YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!! (No matter how much you might want to be afterwards)

Okay I love them, but sometimes I don't think they understand my anxiety...at all. But I can't complain because it's not like I understand the extent of Connor's depression or Jared's deep-seated insecurities.
