He shut the door and leaned against it, blocking her way out. She felt her heart racing, her breathing labored. "What do you want, Ronnie?" Her the first to speak, she couldn't take the silence any longer.

"Why are you here? Didn't I tell you I didn't want you around?" Even after all this time apart, those words still broke her heart. It's not the first time he'd said that to her, but it never got easier to hear.

"I didn't come here for you. I didn't even know you were playing. Raquel wanted me to come with her." He smirked like he didn't believe her.

"Right. You just had to check up on me, didn't you? You're not getting anything from me, you know." She could feel herself getting pissed, of course that's what he would think, that she wanted something from him.

"I don't want anything from you, I never have. I'm doing just fine on my own." He could see her face turning red, knew he was pissing her off, but he didn't care. She would never know what her betyral did to him, how much she hurt him, when he had loved her more than anything.

"How's the kid?" Her eyes snapped to his, turning a darker blue, she was still hot when she got pissed.

"He's fine. Like you care." She tried to walk around him, but he blocked her path. "I need to go, we obviously have nothing to say to each other, I don't even know why you had them drag me back here."

"How's Max? You still fucking him?" He could see the hurt in her eyes, the sheen of tears brimming them, he instantly regreted saying that.

"Max is fine. I never 'fucked' him either, no matter what anyone tells you. I didn't have anyone else, Ronnie. You were gone, I was pregnant and scared out of my mind. He was my only friend. I'm sorry you could never understand that or trust me enough to know I would never do that to you." He took a step closer to her.

"You knew how I felt about him, about all of them and you talked to them anyway. After everything they did and said about me." She shook her head and laughed.

"You know, looking back, that's all you did, thought only of yourself. It didn't matter to you what I was going through with you ripped away from me, what I had to hear people say about you. Or how they would ask me how I could possibly want to have your baby, after everything you did. Did you ever even think of him, at all?"

He knew she was referring to her child that's how he saw the kid, as hers, not theirs. "No, not really. I knew you were taking care of him. I was gone, what was I going to do?" She shook her head, the first tear sliding down her cheek. Hearing him talk that way about Joey hurt her more than anything he could say to her or about her, he didn't even care about Joey.

"Fine, then there's nothing more to say. I hope you find what you're looking for and that maybe one day you actually find happiness. The only thing I got out of our time together, was my son. So, thank you for that. You'll never have the joy of knowing him or seeing how much he looks just like you, or hearing him tell you he loves you. I get all of that and you have nothing. You know, I feel sorry for you, you'll never know true love, Ronnie, because you had it and threw it away." She pushed past him and walked out the door.

She ran out of there as fast as she could, not wanting anyone to see her tears, especially him. It's crazy after all this time, he could still hurt her with what he said. That he could still hate her for something she never did. She ran to the other side of the building, stopping and leaned against the brick wall, willing herself to calm down. She heard footsteps fast approaching and wiped her eyes. She saw him as he rounded the corner, stopping when he saw her.

"Ally, look, I'm sorry." She shook her head and turned away. She started walking away when he grabbed her arm and turned her to face him. "What was I suppose to think? I had 50 different people telling me you were fucking him."

"You were suppose to know that I was completely in love with you and wouldn't do that. I didn't before you went to prison, why would do it after? You were everything to me, Ronnie, I wouldn't be that stupid."

He looked at her as she wiped her eyes, knowing she was kicking herself for crying in front of him, just like she always did. Never wanting to anyone to see how much they affected her. "So, they were all lying to me? Why would they do that, Ally? It doesn't make any sense."

"I really don't care whether you believe me or not. It was over a long time ago, it doesn't even matter now. Don't worry, you won't see me again." She broke out of his hold and ran to Raquel when she saw her. She hoped in the car before he even knew what was going on. He watched as they drove away, standing there wishing she was still his.
