"Kill her"  the demonic voice demanded standing in the dark shadows beside Afina who's eyes were wide at the site of Izzy in front of her waiting to be killed

"No I can't" she said shaking her head as she backed away from her sister. The demonic thing growled angrily before moving so it was behind Izzy getting ready to kill her

"Than I'll do it myself" it said lowly and quickly killed Afinas sister

"No!" Afina screamed before lunging at the demon and pointing her blade at it. When she was about to kill it the sunlight seeped into the room revealing the demon. It was Afina.

"No" Afina quickly stood up and backed away "no!"

"No!" Afina screamed sitting up in Raphael's bed. She was breathing heavily and her hands trembled in fear.

When she felt hands touch her arm she jumped away before looking to see it was Raphael.

"Afina, what's wrong?" He asked shifting so he was beside her and wrapping his arms around her.

"Nothing just a nightmare" Afina stated not knowing what else to really say. She sighed before looking at her phone and her eyes widened

"I have to go" she said quickly stumbling her way out of bed and putting on her close before giving Raphael a quick kiss "I'll see you tonight"

On her way to the institute Afina couldn't see straight and she kept having to stop to regain her balance.

The voice in her nightmare wasn't just in her nightmare. It was following her around every where telling her to kill people.

"Just give in, you know you will lose in the end. You're to weak to hold me off" it said laughing evilly

"No! That's not true!" Afina yelled and people looked at her strangely. She grabbed her head as things became blurry and shook her head before she took a deep breath and continued to walk to the institute.

Afina had finally made it to the institute where she walked in, running into a few people on the way

"I'm sorry" she apologized for the fourth time upon entering before she walked up to Izzy and Alec

"Afina are you ok?" Izzy asked putting her hands on Afinas face. Her breath hitches when she felt Izzy's touch and quickly pulled away from her

"Yeah I'm fine" she managed and Izzy and Alec shared a look of uncertainty before Jace and Clary joined around the table.

"Any word from Magnus or Luke?" Clary asked as soon as she got there. Afina started to get dizzy once again as she held tightly onto the edge of the table as she also tried to listen to the conversation but she was only able to get pieces of it.

Mainly that Alec thinks he'll get replaced because Valentine escaped the day before and Izzy taking the blame and then she heard the voice of her father which made her look up quickly

"Alec will do as he's ordered" he said

"Dad?" Izzy asked

"What're you doing here?" Alec asked and Afina took a deep breath as her legs began to feel shaky.

"Afina?" Clary asked grabbing the attention of Izzy who quickly walked over to her and helped her stand while Alec and their dad walked away.

"Let's get you to the infirmary" she said walking her sister away from the group.

When they got to the infirmary Izzy set her on a bed and was about to get her water when Afina grabbed her arm

"Izzy, I think something's wrong with me" Afina said her voice shaking and Izzy kneeled in front of her
