After Hope was officially expelled from her school (for violence and disobeying instructions), the principal introduced Hope to her 3 new guards (again).
"This is Baroch." he said, pointing to the man nodding off on the principal's desk. He was rather old, around 60. He could have been Hope's grandfather!
"This is Nori." he said, pointing to the young guard reading a magazine. She was rather young. She could have been Hope's older sister, but her blue eyes and the small orb of water she controlled passively gave away that she was a waterbender.
"This is Kadlin." he said, pointing to the lady who had woken Hope up. She was still explaining what had happened during the test to Hope's parents. Out of all the guards, Hope liked Kadlin the best. She was friendly and approachable, and she never seemed to stop doing her duties as a White Lotus sentry.
After that, the principal went back to his desk and started packing up. It was getting late, and he probably wanted to leave before rush hour started.
