chapter 9:

//JOEY

i saw a girl with short blond hair and bright blue eyes walk down the stairs on her phone which looked like she was texting someone

she yelled " liana im going out with jack!"

she looked up from her phone

"hello...who are you?" she was heading for the kitchen

she came out with strawberries

"im joey"

"oh the guy at the hospital!" she said as biting into a strawberry

"yeah"

"liana has talked a lot about you i mean a lot"

i began to laugh "oh really"

"yeah oh and I'm Callie by the way!" she said taking her had out to shake mine

"nice to meet you Callie" i said as i was shaking her hand

we had a small talk until i heard someone coming down the stairs

liana.

she was beautiful

"okay, I'm ready"

"lets go!"

"bye guys! have fun" Callie said waving goodbye

we got out to the cars

"alright lets go in my car" liana said

"NO!" i practically yelled

"i mean why not in my car"

"okay..." saying really confused

"alright on our way to..."

"too...?" liana said looking at me

"cant say"

"and why is that?"

"cause its suprisee!"

"oh really! hm!" she said crossing her arms

"oh your gonna be like that" i laughed

i stopped the car

"JOEY!"

"what"

"we stopped"

"yeah cause you want to go right!?"

"....."

"haha im just joking lets go" i laughed turning the car back on

it was a long drive but it was worth getting there

i turned at liana to her sleeping

adorable!

about 10 minuets later we made it

i shook liana to wake her up

"wake up sleepy head"

"where are we" she said sitting up rubbing her eyes

"somewhere" i said smiling

i got out and went to the other side to open the door for liana

"aw thanks joey"

"come on"

joey was really sweet!

when i got out the car it was beautiful the sun on a hill and a beach

"joey what is this?!" i said smiling

i saw joey heading for the back and opening the trunk

pulling out a picnic basket

"i picnic:)"

"ahh joey" i ran towards him hugging him

he laughed hugging back

"now come on"

he grabbed my hand and went to the hill he grabbed the blanket and set it on the ground

i sat down with joey

he made sandwiches with ham (i knew joey didnt like cheese)

once we finished eating

we out everything away

joey put the picnic basket

i was about to go back into the car when i heard joey

"wait before we leave i want to take a walk in the beach"

"okay!" i said smiling

we walked down the hill

when we got to the beach i took of my vans and had them hanging in the hand while joey took off his shoes

he held my hand while walking into the sunset i knew i was blushing

we stop at a moment

joey turned towards me holding my hands

"liana i know i haven't know you for long but when i walked into the hospital room with you I never regretted it, i feel like I've known you forever because you have been there for me when it was one of my horrible times" he smiled

he went on one knee and took a beautiful rose from his back pocket and said

"liana are you willing to be my girlfriend?"
