The cafeteria wasn't as crowded like it usually is, Toby and Lilly sat where they usually do; by the window and away from everybody else.  Lilly was sitting next to Toby and was poking at her food      . Toby was watching her with concern because he knew she was hungry but she doesn't eat that much. "Lilly, please eat. I don't like it when you're hungry and you poke at your food; plus it's meat loaf, you love meatloaf." Toby whispered, causing Lilly to look at him with annoyance "I'm not hungry. I used to like meatloaf until that stupid girl forced me to eat it non stop and I got sick and Nurse Amy shoved a tube down my throat to pump my stomach." Lilly glared, balling up her fists and looked at Toby "Ok, I'm not going to force you to eat." Toby replied and drank his milk

Toby's P.O.V

I hate it when Lilly's hungry and she doesn't eat. I was like that before I came here;  I was always afraid to eat because I didn't want to eat too much and throw up later. I know Lilly's like that because of how the conditions she was in; I understand how she feels, but she has to eat. She's slowly falling apart worse than she already was when she came to this hellhole. She's beginning to slowly eat her meatloaf. Good girl. I think as I watch her drink her milk and it dribbles down her chin, don't forget your napkin,  there you go. She's staring at me, haha how cute, her eyes are shining brightly. She just needed food and someone to talk to.

Lilly's P.O.V.

Toby's staring at me weirdly, just because I'm eating? I told you, I wasn't hungry; I'm eating because  I don't want to hear you nag at me for not eating my dinner, God. Please stop staring at me like that. What are you thinking about? It's making me uncomfortable when you look at me like that, I should have gave it to the girl across the cafeteria; but I didn't. Wonder if it's too late; yeah, it is. I think to myself as I watch Toby adjust himself in his seat and rests his head on the table. Poor kid's tired. Same here. I look around the cafeteria and I see Nurse Amy with her clipboard and her same sinister smile coming towards me and Toby, oh God. Toby, get up! My heart beats faster as she gets closer and I could see her smile, her smile was the most horrible thing I have witnessed and haunt my dreams. She's looking at Toby. Oh, God, Amy, no....not Toby; he doesn't deserve any of the treatments you do to us. He doesn't need electric shock treatment. Please, take me instead. I think to myself as I feel myself getting tense and my heart races faster

Toby wakes up from somebody tapping his shoulder; he looks behind him and sees a pale bony hand with blood red nail polish on his shoulder and a familiar face smiling at him "Hello, Toby. Time for your treatment." Nurse Amy whispered and grabbed Toby by the wrist "Hey! What the hell?!" Toby yelled out in confusion as she escorted him out of the cafeteria and led him down a familiar hallway "I'm not afraid of any of you; you can do anything you want, but you're not going to cure me." Toby growled as Amy forcefully laid him down on the operating table and strapped him down tightly "Oh really? We shall see." Amy replied maliciously and grabbed a syringe filled with a liquid and another nurse brought in an I.V and a small table with operating equipment "I'm not intimidated by you demented freaks." Toby growled his eyes never leaving Amy's as she jabbed the syringe into his arm, causing him to slightly flinch and he began to slowly fade away, Nurse Amy and Nurse Beth's voices beginning to become distorted and everything started to become blurry
