Chapter 12

As Toby and Lilly ran to freedom, Amy and Beth were waiting by the exit with the same sinister grins, but they had new weapons "Step away from the exit." Beth growled, raising her axe and stepped closer to Toby, making Lilly grit her teeth and hold onto her skirt tightly "Hey, Beth, wanna play catch?" Lilly growled, holding onto her scalpel tightly and walked towards Amy "What? You annoying little brat! We don't have anything to catch!!" Amy growled, her eyebrows furrowed with anger as Lilly walked quietly behind Beth and slit her throat "There's ball; let's play." Lilly giggled, holding Beth's bloody and severed head "Holy sh-Lilly!!" Toby yelled, his eyes widened in horror and amusement "What? They want us to be mentally unstable or  'unfit' to be in this world; I'll show them how psychotic I can be!!!" Lilly screamed as she threw the scalpel at Amy and it missed her "Stupid girl! You missed me!" Amy yelled, picking up the scalpel and putting it in her uniform pocket "I almost got you though; you see nurse, you can't avoid the inevitable; because it will always be there, just like a ghost." Lilly whispered, walking towards Amy "Lilly! What the hell are you doing?! She'll kill you!" Toby cried out as Lilly picked up a rusted old pipe and held it close to her "Drop the weapon, Lilly; now." Amy growled, holding tightly onto the scalpel and stood where she was "I'm not gonna drop it; I'm gonna keep this." Lilly whispered, walking slowly towards Amy, dragging the pipe menacingly "I said, drop it." Amy growled and tried to knock the pipe out of her hand "Really? You tryin' to stop me?" Lilly growled and swung the pipe at Amy, hitting her in the arm, causing her to writhe in pain and fell to her knees "Actually, yes, I am." Lilly replied smugly as she grabbed the scalpel and placed her feet on Amy's arms to hold her down "Let me go, you little bitch! You're going to get it, little girl!" Amy growled as she tried to throw a punch at Lilly and she dodged the psychotic nurse's hit and slashed her arm, causing her to scream in pain "Does it hurt?" Lilly asked, lowering the scalpel to her side and held onto it tightly  and began to smile at her with a sadistic grin "No..no it doesn't hurt." Amy replied, trying to hide her pain in her voice causing Lilly to raise her scalpel once more and repeatedly stabbed her in the shoulder, making Amy writhe in pain "Does it still hurt?" Lilly asked, chuckling at Amy's  attempt to hide the pain "N-no..." Amy whimpered, attempting to crawl away from Lilly "Come here, Amy; I wanna play with you." Lilly chuckled, pulling Amy's legs to bring her closer to her, smiling as Amy screamed in horror "Stop!" Amy pleaded, making Lilly stop pulling her closer to her and stared at Amy with a cold stare "Why? The fun's about to begin." She chuckled, grabbing the scalpel as Toby began poking Beth's dead body and blood began to ooze from her throat making him giggle
