Just breathe.
That's what they say
But how do you just breathe when every breath you take, literally consumes you?
It hurts.
It's like every time you breathe in, your lungs contract and tries to force air out and fill you body with freshness.
But it's like I'm inhaling knives.
Everytime I breathe in, my heart aches and it reminds me that I'm still alive.
That I'm not completely numb and that I can feel pain in something as simple as breathing.
Just breathe.
