Life. Is. Hard.
No amount of songs, quotes, positivity, or distraction that you use, can shield you from that shattering truth.
It's just hard.
It's messy.
It's destructive at times.
It brings you to your knees and keeps you there for long moments of time, pushing you farther and farther down every time you try to rise.
Living life will definitely be the worst and best thing that happens to the human race.
Don't give up.
Although it may seem impossible, one day you will rise above it and you'll take life by the hands and crush it.
That will be the day you're standing next to the love of your life with children and maybe even grandchildren and you'll have a soft smile on your face and you'll think to yourself "it was worth it."
Because one day.. all of our heartache and trails will be worth it.
