I have decided that I am going to go jogging at least 3 times per week and that I am going to the gym everyday. Another chapter from the book I am reading clearly said that for feeling better in the inside you need to look your best in the outside.
I don't complain with my body but having some abs and toned legs wouldn't be bad.
With my headphones on and my jogging outfit I get into the gym and with the card I was already given I go to the muscles section. My trainer said I don't have to lose any fat so I am going to start getting muscles right away and my daily cardio is linked to the jogging and stretching.
I have been doing this for a week and during the training I want to die, I feel like quitting because my everything hurts but at the end I realise I feel much better and that I am not thinking about sad and emotional things.
