As you walked into the beauty salon, to get your usual trim, you walked over to the counter.
"Hailey!" You said gleefully and gave her a hug.
"Y/n! Here for your usual?" She asked.
"Yup." You smiled.
She led me over to a spinney chair to sit on.
"I'll be right back, I need to grab some new scissors and clips from the back." Hailey stated.
You nodded and waited for her.
You pulled your phone from your pocket to kill time... but... you felt eyes on you.
You looked around to see a guy who was in the spinney chair across from you.
Brown hair and bright blue eyes.
"Uh is there something on my face?" I asked confused why he was staring.
"No, you're just gorgeous." He smiled and continued to stare at me.
I was taken aback... uhm.
"What's your name gorgeous?" He asked.
"And why should I tell the guy who's staring at me?" I replied snarky with a laugh at the end.
"Because the guy thinks your beautiful and would hope to get your number." He smirked.
"Huh, why does that sound kinda creepy?"
"I'm Daniel."
"Allie."
"Pretty name for a pretty girl."
"Simple name for a simple guy."
He sat there taken aback but then smiled.
"Come here often?" He asked.
"Once a month." You answered.
"Huh. This is my first time here." He said looking around.
Damn he's actually kinda cute.
"So sorry about that y/n, I couldn't find any of the new scissors!" Hailey said walking over to you.
You glared at her and then looked over to Daniel.
He looked at you and smirked. He realized you just lied to him.
"Oh.. uh.. it's okay." You said awkwardly.
After maybe 15 minutes, Hailey was finished.
"Alright, see ya soon? We need to hang soon!" She exclaimed.
"Of course!" You said and gave her a hug.
You looked around and didn't see Daniel.
Huh.
That guy learned his lesson then.
You walked out of the salon and headed to your car... to only see a brunette with bright blue eyes leaning on the drivers side door.
Ah shit.
"So... y/n?" He asked.
"Yes Daniel?"
"Why did you lie to me?"
"Why are you on my car?"
He looked at you and studied you.
"You're different than most girls." He said.
"Because I didn't throw myself all over you like every other girl out there?"
He laughed.
"Let me take you to lunch."
"No thank you. Now move please, I have places to be."
"Okay, so you either have a boyfriend or you just don't find me attractive."
"Well aren't you humble." You rolled your eyes.
He laughed again.
He knew I knew who he is.
"Move please." You tried again.
"And if I don't?" He smirked.
"Then I guess I'll have to take an uber."
"Wow."
You laughed.
Wow he won't budge.
"Will you move if I give you my number?" You tried.
"Of course."
"Okay, then give me your phone."
"Nah. I know you'll give me a fake number. Give me your phone and I'll text myself."
"Huh you aren't as dumb as I thought."
"And you are as smart as I thought."
"Oh stop with that Mr. I Wont Leave y/n Alone."
He finished putting his number into your phone and texting himself.
"See ya later y/n" He winked and moved away from the door.
