I literally can't move

I mean I can buh it juz hurts when I do cuz my legs still hurt and r REALLY SENSITIVE rn

My arms aren't as overdramatic as my legs but THEY STILL HURT

And I can't cough laugh sneeze or do anything just because of how much my stomach hates me and hurts

I can't even talk .-.
