The women all stared at me before slowly turning to each other and squealing. Honestly, I wasn't sure what the fuss was about but ok.

"Are you for real, though?" Sophie Whitaker was the first to ask. "Because if this is a joke, we will disown you."

Charlotte Fletcher scoffed. "We wouldn't do that. We like you too much to do that."

"Ok, we do like you but still, we would disown you," Sophie reiterated. "Jenna, back me up on this."

"I'm not getting involved," Jenna Marshall laughed.

With Michael out of town for a few more hours before he and Isaac touched back down on British soil, I'd been invited out to lunch by Charlotte who, much like myself this past weekend, had found herself going insane without her significant other around. Isaac and Michael had jetted off to Los Angeles to celebrate Isaac's daughter's birthday and while I was supposed to join them, I pulled out of the trip, saying that it was something they should enjoy by themselves. Knowing Michael is close to Martha and that he needed to focus on keeping the peace between father and daughter, I opted for a weekend in London, getting Max ready to go back to school.

And of course, hanging out with the Ladies Who Lunch, named after the Whatsapp group we were all a part of thanks to Sophie. When the message came through that I'd been added to the group, I had to text Sophie outside of the group to double check that it was me she meant to add. When she made it more than clear that I was the only Lyanna she knew and had in her phonebook and it wasn't a mistake, she started to plan a little outing for us.

We were sat in the cafe that Charlotte co-owned with my boss, Calrk Reiss, and the same cafe that Micahel had designed. It was a mother and baby establishment, set up to give mums a safe place to bring their kids, where they wouldn't be judged for whipping their boobs out to breastfeed. Already Mummy & Me was having great reviews online and a national newspaper had featured it for all to see, even going so far as to comment that the design was the focal point of the cafe. I made sure to cut that part out of the newspaper and had it framed so Michael could put it up somewhere.
