Chapter 11

Dani's POV

I walk to the Training Arena.

"Open please." I urge the bow. I grows, and the bag turns into a quiver.

I shoot a couple arrows while I wait for Leo

He trots in with no weapon in hand.

"Nice of you to grace me with your presence,Valdez"

"Pleasure,Katniss" he jokes

I laugh and roll my eyes

"Show me what you can do" Leo asks

I shoot at some dummies in the heart a couple times.

"I really hope we're on the same team." Leo cringes

I grab some daggers, and throw them at the dummies.

"Wow, Danielle, you've changed a lot." Leo smiles

"So I guess I don't need much help training" I say walking toward him," Tell me about Capture the Flag"

"Okay so it's just like regular Capture the Flag, but totally different. You can use all weapons and magical items. Most cabins play"

"That sounds fun!" I beam

"Like I said let's hope we're on the same team" Leo smirks," Our cabins really hate each other."

"Is that because Aphrodite is married to Hepeasthus, but is dating Ares?" I ask

"That and they're annoying"

I punch him lightly in the stomach, and he kicks me in the shin.

I dodge his next punch, and he kicks the back of my ankle sending me falling on top of him.

I blush and giggle. Our faces couldn't be closer.

I don't know If kiss him or if he kisses me, but we kiss softly.

After about a second, we just stare at each other.

Leo sits up, and I'm on his lap.

"Umm I should get going" I say, and get up I feel my face flushing red.

Leo sits there on the floor.

I walk back to my cabin quickly.

I burst through the door, and fall on my bed.

I scream in my pillow.

HOLY HADES LEO AND I JUST KISSED!!

"What's wrong?" Piper asks

"Absolutely nothing!" I grin

"Tell me outside" Piper whispers.

We walk on the patio

"Spill" Piper says braiding her hair as if she's late for something.

"Okay okay so Leo and I were play fighting, and I fell on top of him." I say

"Oh my gods, he kissed you didn't he" Piper gasps.

"Yes he did!" I smile

"Wow" she says," So is that your first kiss?"

"No......yes" I blush

"How old are you anyway?"

"I'll be 18 in a few months" I say

Piper's mouth forms an O

"Yes my dad is...was...very protective. He didn't want me to get hurt." I explain," I guess he was hurt more about Mom leaving then he let on"

"That makes sense." Piper nods

I sigh
