That Girl (Jonah Beck X reader and Oneshots)

'Inching closer'

I feel awful for not making chapters... So I'll make it up to you guys!

Y/N P. O. V.

I invited Aaron and Julia inside so that I could get changed. I ran upstairs and quickly scanned my closet.

I finally decided on wearing a pair of black jeans, a shirt with a Markiplier mustache on it, and finally my pink Converse.

I quickly did my h/l h/c hair. I looked in the mirror.

Perfect, I thought.

I walked downstairs midway until I heard Jonah and Aaron talking.

"So... Why do you like Y/N?"
I heard Aaron ask. I was going to go down and tell him to stop when I heard Jonah respond.

"Well. Firstly, she's really pretty. Her smile is just. Amazing. And her personality just gets me.
She's funny, smart, kind. The list goes on."

I smiled as tears threatened to spill over my cheeks.

But I wasn't about to cry in front of my ex AND crush.

I walked downstairs and sat on the couch next to Jonah.

"So, are we ready to go?" I ask, playing off the fact that I just eavesdropped on their conversation.

"Yeah, I think so." Jonah said.

A/N: Just to be clear, Jonah already changed.

"Alright, let's go!" Julia said excitedly while adjusting her backwards snapback cap.

We walked to The Spoon and just before we walked inside, Jonah whispered something in my ear.

"Maybe. If we, uhh, hold hands... Things will seem more believable."

I'm not gonna lie. I fangirled a little inside at the fact that Jonah Beck asked to hold my hand.

"I agree" I say while holding my hand out.

He gladly accepts and we walk into the diner hand in hand.

Once we walk inside, we immediately make our way to a 4 seated booth.

We ordered our food and already ate when I noticed Julia inching closer to Aaron.

Aaron quickly looked over to Julia.

"I'll. Be back" Aaron said quickly leaving the booth.

"Aaron, wait!" Julia says running to Aaron was already outside.

"Hey Y/N..." Jonah says twiddling his fingers.

"Yeah... "

"This is the perfect time for me to ask you. Do you like me?"
He says looking into my eyes.

"I...."

Hey guys, I am so so so so sorry that I haven't been posting. But, I will make it up.

Don't forget that I love you guys. And the next chapter will most likely be a oneshot.
