We get it. You're gay.
No. I don't think you do.
If you did. I wouldn't have to bring up my sexuality every 5 minutes to remind you.

If you got the fact that I was gay.
You wouldn't constantly try to set me up with guys.
You wouldn't tell me that my sexuality is a phase.

Oh I'm sorry that I can't take off my gay like it's a t-shirt I wear throughout the day.
I'm sorry that my lesbianism isn't clothing that I can remove, wash and hang back up in my closet to wear again
But only on certain days because unfortunately homophobia does exist and you just so happen to be an asshole that has to point out that you don't like the fact you can see the rainbow I chose to wear on my fucking shirt
Because oh my god, you're making it too obvious that you're hiding a secret

Because oh my god. Not everybody needs to know your gay.
But you get the fact that I am gay right.
So what difference does it make.

What difference does it make that I want to broadcast my sexuality to the motherfucking world.
Do they honestly care that I choose to have sex with females rather than males?
So, no you don't seem to get that I'm gay.

If you did, you wouldn't tell me to turn my sexuality off like I am a lightswitch ready to go at your command.
You wouldn't tell me that you don't want me to be confident with my new found personality.
You wouldn't tell me to not be myself.

You don't get to choose.
I do.
