Today is Sunday and I have no particular plans today. I took my phone and didn't realize I received a text message from Maki just a few minutes ago.
Hi, its me. I want to talk with you today can you come over?
I wonder what she wanted to talk with me about? I replied to her message
Sure. I don't have any plans today anyway
As I was about to leave the house, Honoka was in my front door.
"Hello!? Are you there?" Honoka knocked so loud
"Geez you're too loud. What do you want?"
"Ehehe, I was just hoping you wanna hang out today like you know? What we were doing before..." Honoka replied with a slight giggle
"Sorry but I can't today. I have to go somewhere else right now"
"Aww c'mon Ren! We haven't hanged out since last week! I really missed you" Honoka pulled my arm and begging
"Honoka, let go of me right now!"
"NOOOO!" Honoka insisted and just held my arm with her body
"*sigh* Fine! I'll ask Maki if its fine to bring you with me"
I contacted Maki and not just a few seconds, she answered my call
"Hello Maki?"
"Oh its you. Is something wrong?" Maki asked
"Sorry to ask but do you mind if I bring Honoka with me?"
"Can it be just the two of us? Its kinda personal" Maki replied with a bit of concerned tone
"Okay I understand. I'll be right there" I hunged up my phone and put it back to my pocket
"Well, what did she say?" Honoka asked
"She said its personal so you can't go"
"*No fair! I wanna go!" Honoka pulled my arm again stopping me from walking
"Fine! Just let me go and I'll take you anywhere you want"
"Really?" Honoka replied with an overjoyed smile
"Tomorrow. Its silver week anyway"
(Editors note: Silver week in japan is a string of consecutive holidays during September)
"But I wanna go out today! I'm all alone in the house right now!" Honoka insisted
"Fine! But once we get to Maki's house, you go straight to Akihabara"
"Aww. But I wanna go with you" Honoka pouted
"Don't make me change my mind Honoka"
"W-wait! Okay fine I understand!" She finally agreed

I left Honoka on the arcade near UTX and went straight to Maki's house. I pressed the doorbell and waited for answer. She came out after a minute
"Oh hey you're here. Come inside" Maki opened the huge gate and let me in to her mansion-like house
"I still couldn't believe how big is your house Maki.. This must've cost a lot"
"This is just one of them. We still own a lot of houses around Japan too but its not that of a big deal" Maki proudly replied
"I feel bad for not bringing anything for your parents"
"My parents left for business today. They will be both back tomorrow. And our housemaids took a day off today so we're all alone here now" Maki placed a teacup on the nearby table and poured tea on it
"So, what do you want to talk about?"
"I want to make a deal with you" Maki went straight to the topic
"A deal?"
"That's right. I want you to convince my parents to not let me leave μ's. After that I'll let you do whatever you want to me" Maki held my hand with her soft fingers
"Wait, you're leaving? Why?"
"My parents wants me to quit being a school idol. They're not happy about it and complains about affecting my future. All they care is about money and business. They don't care about what I really want. I know you Ren. You can convince them like how you did to Rin and Honoka, or probably the others you already helped. You've got to help me Ren. I don't want to leave μ's" Maki replied holding her tears and held both of my hands
"Maki, I understand. But how am I suppose to do that?"
"You have to pretend to be my boyfriend and help me convince them" Maki replied straight to the point
" W-whaaaat!? Are you serious!?"
"I know its a dumb idea but a normal convincing isn't enough. I swear I'm not doing this to ruin your relationship with Umi. Please I'm begging you just this once until we convince them" Maki begged. Her eyes is a bit teary and I can tell she's telling the truth
"But acting as a boyfriend is way too much. Is there a different one that we can use?"
"Do you wanna do it or you're gonna let me leave μ's?" Maki asked me with a serious tone
This is way too much for me. Convincing her parents is fine to me but acting too? But if I didn't do it, Maki will surely leave μ's and everyone will probably get mad at me. Geez I can imagine it already.

Ren's thoughts
Hanayo: "Maki-chan already leftμ's Ren-senpai. Why you didn't helped her?"
Eli: "I had higher expectations of you Ren-kun. I guess I was wrong about you"
Kotori: "I can't believe it. You're terrible"
Nico: "I was suppose to invite Maki-chan to become a professional idol if it wasn't because of someone over there"
Rin: "You're horrible senpai. I can't believe you just let Maki-chan leaveμ's"
Honoka: "Why Ren? Why you didn't help her? I thought you're willing to give all what you got for μ's. Why?"
Nozomi: "μ's isn'tμ's without Maki-chan. I guess this means everyone will return to our regular lives now"
Umi: "I really can't believe you didn't helped her after what she did for our group. You're the worse"

"I understand Maki. I'll do whatever I can until we manage to convince them"
"For real?" Maki's eyes shined up with hope and smiled
"I will. All I have to do is to pretend and talk to them right? We can do this"
"Perfect. We don't have class tomorrow so it will be our chance" Maki replied
"I'll come over tomorrow morning is that okay?"
"That would be great. Thank you very much" Maki bowed her head
"You don't have to bow down Maki. I'll be here to help you all out anyway" I patted her head and she gave me a sweet smile
After all of that, I left Maki's house and saw Honoka outside. She's been waiting all this time?
"What are you doing here Honoka?"
"Why did you left me behind!? You jerk!" Honoka asked while pouting her mouth
"I already told you didn't I?"
"Well, its still very early, let's go in the arcade!" Honoka pulled my arm and ran straight to the streets where I left her earlier. I really don't have any escape at this point so I just let her do whatever she wants until this day ends.
