Chapter 13

(The coat is black and hey eyes are still blue)

AVVI's PoV

While Gramps, announces that Fairy TailB and A will be combined due to the disqualification of Raven Tail. I got a call from Jellal, he said I should be careful when I use my magic- he thinks there is something draining or sucking our magic below us.

So Gramps assigned Natsu and the others to free our friend. While me, Laxus, Gajeel, Juvia, and Gray compete for the last round of the Grand Magic Games. This time we will go out as a team and defeat other teams. But our only target is Sabertooth. They will pay for what they did!

As the games start we just stood there and closed our eyes and waited. "Huh?! What is team Fairy Tail up to?", the host asked. I could hear people getting curious about our move. We then opened our eyes and heard Master Mavis, "Operation Fairy Stars! Begin!", she yelled and we all ran, "Roger!", we all said in unison. Then I remembered Master Mavis saying that Rofus would attack us with his magic. Then it did happened and we all dodged the ball of light. But Master Mavis said Laxus can just block it and he and Rofus have the same magic. Then after that, we continued running into the streets of crocus and attack all the teams that Master Mavis predicted. Then Master Mavis told me and Laxus, since we can't be a little far from each other, Laxus could just give me his coat after Rofus' attack. Cause the coat is his so that could not weaken me and in return I could pass him my power ring. So while we haven't encountered anyone yet, we ran to each other and then I took off my power ring and gave it to Laxus then the ring r sized to his size. After he wore the ring he gave me his coat, then I heard the people "Awwww!", then before we parted ways he kissed, "See you soon my love.", He smiled and I chuckled, "See you soon too my love.", I smiled and we ran to different paths. Then I took a left and I encountered Jenny, "Oh! Avvi!", she chuckled nervously as she tried to run a away, "Not so fast.", I grinned and ran to her very fast and knocked her out. Then I looked at the tower, "Hmmm...", I remembered Master Mavis said I would encounter Minerva there. So I ran there up to the top. When I got there, I waited for Minerva. Then I felt someone was attacking me, so I dodged its attack and summoned my sword, "Sword of Destiny!", the sword appeared in my hand. Then I saw it was Kagura, "Kagura?", I asked. I know she has a lot of anger with my ex husband, Jellal. Then she kept attacking, she was fast. So I summoned another sword from my left hand, we kept attacking and blocking. Then appeared in the middle Minerva cut in, I guess master Mavis was right. "If you don't mind, I'd like to join you.", she said. "My guild's image has been tarnished. By Mermaid Heel, and Fairy Tail. It's time for me to reclaim this victory.", Minerva said as she enhances herself. "How ambitious.", I said. "Enough talk! Let's fight!", Kagura said as we all started to enhance ourselves. Then we started to attack, Kagura kicked me and Minerva attacked her. Then I jumped into the air and attacked Kagura from above and kicked Minerva. Then Minerva casted another spell and made us go into some bubble and float. And she started to chant a powerful spell, then I immediately use my magic to protect myself. As the smoke clears, we were still ok. Then she started saying we were both strong, then she showed a familiar person. "Milliana?", I asked I remembered her yesterday, she helped my son. Then Kagura rapidly attacked her but she somehow teleported and made me switch places with Minerva, so I immediately blocked her attack. "You two ladies finish the battle, I'll battle with the victor when she's tired.", she walked out. "You seriously gonna run away from a fight you interrupted? And you call yourself a Queen?!", I asked. "A true Queen would arrange it's pawns, to suit her strategy.", Minerva said and I sighed, "As if you know how to be a queen.", I said and I looked at her, "Let Milliana go! This is between the three of us!", I yelled then I felt Kagura getting mad. "Don't you dare.", she growled and kicked me. Then I back flipped into the air and landed. Then without a word I flew to her and attacked her again. But every move I make, she was too quick. And I finally got the pieces together, when we finally got to the next floor, I confronted her, "Every move you make. Every attack you make. It's always fueled by your hate towards Jellal.", I looked at her and she looked more upset that she kicked me, "Go ahead, but I'm telling you. Jellal isn't like that anymore, and he has regretted things that he had made.", I said then she kicked me again, "I will kill Jellal! This was his will!", she said as he unsheathed her sword and blocked her attack, "Who's will?!", I asked. "My brother! Simon!", Kagura yelled and I gasped, "Simon?! Your his sister?!", I asked. "We were a poor family but happy- until those soldiers came and hunted for children. I was able to escape and then I promise to look for my brother. Until I found Milliana, and she told me everything! My brother had suffered and died!", she yelled and I looked down. I'm not supposed to say this but.... I know this day would come. "Jellal was supposed to kill Erza, but Simon protected her. That's where he died...", I sighed and looked at her, she was still upset, "But when Jellal came to Euphemia, he was carrying Simon. For months Jellal tried to find someone who could resurrect him. Until he met me, I resurrected Simon. The three of us became close friends. Simon wanted to go back to Earth Land but the portal was closed for 20 years, and that was their only exit. So he waited, until me and Jellal got married and had a son— he still waited. And while waiting, he kept telling stories about his family. Especially his sister.", I said and she looked shocked, "Then where's Simon?!", she asked and I looked down, "When my son was 2 years old, he got attacked by my twin sister. Gerald was dying, and there was nothing me and Jellal could do.... Until Simon suggested that he could give Gerald the life I gave to Simon, the Phoenix Flower.... Me and Jellal declined his offer but he still insisted.", I said and she was a bit shocked and she casted a spell and I was able to block it, "Anger will never win. Please know that.", I said and she growled. "Why do you still protect Jellal! Do you still love him?!", Kagura asked. "I protect Jellal not because I loved him, but because he is my friend and the father of my son. And he deserves another chance in this world.", I said as I kept attacking her. "I will kill you, Jellal, and your son!", she yelled. "Game on!", I growled and forcefully attacked her. And she was knocked down, then I saw a boulder falling above her, "Watch out!!", I yelled and I immediately pushed her but my foot got stuck. "W-why?", she asked. "I remembered something... Before that child hunt— Years ago in Earth Land, I was here when I was little. And I was at my mom's mansion and I ran away from home. Then I got into some village, and I think I saw you there. And I remembered your face— you look like her. I never got her name.... But I remembered we would always play all the time and one time I saved her in the forest...", I tried to remember. "Though the timeline here and Euphemia is different— but I could still remember those days. Those days that I thought it were my last days at Earth Land.", I rubbed my temple. "Wait... you can't be?", She looked a bit shocked. "Well there's only one way to find out. If every pork chop were perfect?", I said and she chuckled, "We wouldn't have hotdogs.", she added and lifted the boulder and I got out. And then Minerva stabbed her, "What the?!", I gasped. "You will pay for that?!", I yelled and Kagura grunted, "Please... save Milliana...", she begged and I nodded. "I'd like to see you make me. Especially your all wounded. Im sure that you will lose.", Minerva boasted and showed Milliana and I ran to her, "She's all knocked out! I believe I earn a point!", Minerva yelled and I looked at Milliana's back, Minerva torcher her. I stood up, "Very well. Let us fight then.", I grinned and she started attacking me with her magic. She dragged me every where and would hit me. I fell down on my knees and  panted, I was a bit weak... I feel like I couldn't do it.... 'I can't....' I sighed then I heard Laxus' voice, 'HEY VERONICA! CAN YOU HEAR ME?! IF YOU CAN! I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT YOUR THE STRONGEST PERSON THAT I KNOW! AND YOUR THE TYPE OF PERSON WHO NEVER GIVES UP! AND THATS ALSO WHAT I LOVE ABOUT YOU! SO GET UP AND SHOW HER THAT YOUR STRONGER THAN HER!' I smiled and hugged Laxus' coat, "Laxus...", I smiled and I stood up. "I may be wounded in my normal form— but not in my Phoenix forms!", I yelled and Minerva was a bit shocked, "What?", she asked and I grinned, "Lightning Phoenix!", I yelled and my hair turned white and I was wearing a purple outfit with some golden accessories. And my wounds were gone.

'Thanks Laxus my love..' I smiled. 'Anything for you my love.'I heard him and I chuckled, 'No go get her/him' we said to each other in unison. "Time to avenge my friends. Lucy, Kagura, and Milliana. And this is for Fairy Tail!", I said and then I heard starting chant a dark spell. When she aimed it at me I immediately teleported behind her, I teleported like Laxus, using lightning. "What the?!", she gasped. Then I kicked her and started to chant a spell, "Heaven's light, shine upon me! Gates of hell, open your passage! Strike, lightning of the heavens! INDIGNATION!" Then a huge sphere of light and darkness appeared above Minerva and started to electrify her. Then I raised my hand and summoned my sword, "Sword of Destiny!", then the sword appeared in my hand a rapidly slashed Minerva knocking her down.

Then me and the others along with Laxus gathered. And Sting appeared, "This is it. This is Finally it! I've been waiting this moment!", that's what I just heard. And then It was all blurry... And then I heard him surrendering..... I was still in my Phoenix form, but I'm still weak in the inside.... Then when they declared Fairy Tail won I transformed back to my normal form and Laxus caught me and carried me. "You okay?", he asked and I nodded, "Just a little tired....", I sighed. "Btw, have you guys heard anything from Natsu?", I asked and they all shook their heads. "Not yet...", Juvia said. "Wait what's going on? Where's Natsu?", Sting asked. "We're not talking to you!", Gajeel yelled and Juvia tried to calm her down. "But seriously, whats going on?", Sting asked and we were all silent.

Laxus carried me back to our inn where Master Mavis and Gramps and the others were. "You okay?", Erza asked. "Yeah....", I sighed and looked around, "Where's Gerald?", I asked. "He's at the town with Mira and Lisanna.", Erza smiled. "How's Gerally doing with you? he didn't cause any trouble right?", I asked worriedly, "Nope. He's a good kid.", she smiled. then Master Mavis looked at me, "So tell me what you saw?", she asked and I gasped, "Huh?!", I asked. "You saw something from your phoenix form. What was it?", Master Mavis asked. "Dragons....", I sighed. "I should go and take a shower.", I smiled and I ran to the showers. After taking a shower, I looked around the room. No one was there, then I passed out...

~~~Inside Avvi's thoughts~~~
"GO TO THE CAVE NOW!", I heard a voice. And somehow it gave me a map.
~~~She woke up~~~

As I woke up, I immediately got into my dress and teleported to the location. And there was a cave, I went inside and saw a sword stuck in the stone. And there was a message carved on the stone, "Only the one who is balanced can wield it." I got confused but I feel like I should pull the sword out. I pulled it out and then heard a dragons roar. 'Veronica! Where are you?! we need help?!' I heard Laxus' voice.
