Chapter 11 - Reality

(It is time, my children)

When you landed in front of the castle doors, you weren't prepared for how weak your legs had become. Your whole body quivered with adrenaline as you made your way to your room, and you spent a solid half hour lying on your bed trying to process what you had done.

'God knows what the hell Levi must think of you now; Great job (Y/n), great fucking job!'

You rolled over in bed, letting out a huff and ruffling your feathers.

"Welp, time to face dinner." You thought aloud, freshening up in the mirror before heading out the door.
You ran into Hanji in the halls.

"They're cracking down on the expedition plans." She said with an edge of concern. Your forehead creased, and for a moment fantasizing about Levi left your mind to consider your responsibilities, especially considering your new authority.

"Are we trying a new formation?" You inquired, voice serious as you squared your shoulders. Hanji shrugged.

"We usually do. Erwin is trying to think of a good vantage point for you to use your wings; they're a great asset." She replied, cracking a smile. You gave a small one in return, reassured that you really did belong with the Scouts.
Walking into the cafeteria, you sat down at the table with a plop. Yet another eventful day, and you were exhausted.

"How was your first day of Squad Leader duties?" Mikasa asked, expression calm as always. You snorted.

"I won't lie, pretty damn great." You replied, mind flashing back to where you were just sitting a moment ago, practically feeling Levi's heat on you again.

"I can spot that blush on you from a mile away. I wonder what made it so great, hm?" Sasha giggled. You straightened, attempting to calm yourself down.

"I have no idea what you're talking about." You say with a straight face. Sasha's grin doesn't subside though, and you just roll your eyes with a smile in turn.

Dinner ended as usual, and a few others outside the group congratulated you on your promotion. Just as you were waving goodbye at the last kind words, you turned around only to bump into a strong frame. Who else, other than Levi himself.

"Oh, sorry Co-"
"My office. Now." He cut you off with a very distinct edge to his voice. You raised an eyebrow at him but didn't hesitate to follow him through the castle to his office. There was something about him that changed, something that was irking his thoughts.
When he got to his office he forcefully opened the door and pushed you in, promptly locking the door behind him.

"Corporal, is everything alright?"

"Levi. When we're alone, you will call me Levi." He huffed. You raised your eyebrows, but didn't question it. You opened your mouth to speak once more, but then in a flash, your voice was cut off by Levi himself.

'Wait, he's kiSSING ME!??!'

You were shocked, no doubt, but then your reflexes kicked in and you simply melted into the kiss, relishing in the feeling of his desperation to have you. When he felt you relax, he held you even tighter before briefly pulling his lips away to catch his breath.

"You think you can pull something like that in the trees and get away with it?" He said huskily. The vibrations of his low voice sent a shiver down your spine, and as his hands started to roam
your body you felt a certain heat start to build up. However, you weren't going to let him take control so easily.
