Looks; Phoebe has long navy blue hair, about the same color as the sky at dusk, that is always kept in a loose ponytail and black eyes. Without her demon powers activated, she has dark purple eyes and her right eye has a white star in the pupil. Her demon mark resembles that of two upside down stars and it's on the backside of her right hand. Her outfit is a black cloak with a hood attached. The neck has a sapphire clip that she uses to keep the cloak in place. Underneath, she wears pants of darkness and her breasts are covered by an old piece of purple cloth. She wears no shoes.
{Berserk Form; Berserk Form is a modification of Indura where instead of giving up six of seven hearts, the person gives up their ability to think, make logical decisions, etc for a certain amount of fine. In Berserk Form, Phoebe shifts to become that of a large lion like creature. Her hair turns partially into her mane and partially continues going down her back like normal hair. Her claws and teeth are jet black and white and purple stars cover her black body. Her tail resembles of that of a scorpions. }
~Personal~
Backstory; When Holy War broke out, Phoebe was only 295. She quickly joined the fighting forces alongside the Commandments, wanting to get as many of her people back from the Archangels as possible. She had a growing hatred for the Goddess clan but did not hate Elizabeth. She did not blame her at all for Meliodas's betrayal in fact, she blamed Meliodas himself. She hated Sariel the most, for he was the one who always toyed with her or would pick a fight specifically with her.
When the Commandments charged the Fairy King's Forest, she was alongside there with them. When fighting broke out, Phoebe was struck down to the ground by a Goddess and Giant she had been fighting. She had called out to the person who was closest, who she had heard stories of helping demons; the Goddess, Elizabeth. Instead of getting help, she got a sorrowful look and nothing more. It was then that they trapped her; The Giant made a large hole and trapped her using pillars of rock that stabbed through her arms. The goddess then used her power of Ice to freeze her over before sealing the hole back up to make it look like normal ground.
Her body stayed there when the demons got imprisoned but her mind was sealed away with the rest of the demon clan. She remained there unconscious for 3,000 years. Her consciousness returned when Hendrickson broke the seal and freed the Commandments, her mind also managing to break free. Using all her strength, she shattered through the ice and rocks with "Hellflame" and burst out of the ground, startling the townspeople that has built over the hidden hole. Due to 3,000 years of imprisonment, pain, and confusion....she was pissed. Phoebe took her anger out on the townspeople, stealing their souls and using it to gain back her energy and power. Shortly after that, she sought out the Commandments and joined forces with them for the purpose of getting back at Meliodas for both his betrayal for the demon clan and, if she was still alive, the Goddess, Elizabeth.

Personality; Phoebe has a...confusing personality. She is a very flirtatious person, known for flirting and toying with humans, fairies, and even some stupid goddesses before killing them. She has never truly been in love with someone but would very much like to experience it. When she is in love, she will be a very affectionate, possessive, and passionate partner. She will always flirt with her partner and hold them close in the dead of night yet mark up their neck whenever she gets the chance to say "this is mine".
Phoebe's magic levels are on par with the Commandments, making her a scary opponent to mess with. She is very confident in her abilities and is proud to be of the demon race. If someone tries to insult her race or put her down, she becomes very agitated and will most likely challenge them to a fight.
When Phoebe is on a mission/angry, nothing can stop her unless it's somebody equally as powerful or more powerful than her. If she gets angry enough, she turns into her Berserk Form; an adaptation of Indura where instead of giving up ones hearts, you give up your ability to think for a certain amounts of time. She won't stop unless she is knocked out, killed, or somehow reversed to her original form.
