By the way, none of these songs I actually made up, I'm just pretending the characters made it. All credit goes to the singers

Thursday dawns like a cheesy potato. Wow, that was random. Anyway, I pounce on Kalani, who I happen to be staying with today.

"Wake up wake up!" I say, bouncing up and down, fully clothed with my hair in a neat bun. I wear designer clothes because they smell really nice and apply a bit of makeup.

"Why are you so excited?" Groans Kalani, bedhead evident as she throws the pillow back over her face.

"Eben says I can go to the recording studio today and bring along you guys so we can all have a go! It's going to be so fun but I have to wait until lunch," I say pouting. Kalani shrieks as I pull off her duvet and throw the clothes I've already selected for her on the bed.

It's finally lunch and unfortunately there's been a forced fight between Ashlee, Kira, Jill and Adam's mom so none of them are allowed to come with us. Marcus and Jojo stay back to comfort them as well, so it is only Aiden, Josue, Kenzie, Maddie and I who are going to be going to the studio. Mackenzie really wants to do a duet with me, but Maddie says she just wants to watch.

"Okay, so Abby has extended the lunch time to two because she wants to sort out the argument before the cameras turn on," announces Josue, and I run up to him and hold his hand. Aiden has been very quiet lately, but I can't be bothered to ask.

The walk is quite long from the dance studio to the recording studio, but I don't really mind as we chat amongst ourselves. Maddie has this special way of directing all talk away from our dance. The only thing that does annoy me is the ten cameras following us. Six are for the TV show and mine, but the other four are, unfortunately, paparazzi.

"Hey guys," calls one paparazzi camera man. At least he's being nice. "Do you kind if we do a quick interview while we walk?" Maddie shakes her head at him and we all smile.

"No problem," Maddie says, and none of us mind her taking the spotlight. "We are actually just on our way to the recording studio."

"So do you all sing?" The paparazzi man chirps, his label tag says Bill on it.

Mackenzie answers this time. "Well, yeah. Aiden and I have been singing for a while now but Josue and Aurelia want to try today, but Maddie says singing is a nono for her," she says, giggling along with Maddie and Aiden and I. Josue doesn't laugh.

"And what songs are you to in to be singing?" Asks Bill, checking to see how long we have left. We're two minutes away from the recording studio.

"Umm, well I have no idea," says Aiden and Mackenzie and I smile at that and giggle.

"But I do. Aiden is going to be helping us all and writing a new original song. Josue is just going to take a few classes from Aiden's singing teacher and such and Mackenzie and I want to do a duet together to one of the songs that I recently wrote." I smile at the camera as it is directed at me.

Aiden's brow furrows behind me in a mocking way. "You sure you don't wanna do a little song with me?" He raises his eyebrow at me, very uncharacteristically for how he's been acting lately.

"Maybe," I answer and turn away from me, resting my head on Josue's shoulder. His hands are really sweaty.

Of our current situation, I'm still really glad that Aiden and I are able to be best friends even while I date someone, and Josue understands our friendship; I'm also lad that we decided to be friends before our relationship.
