Hey guys! You're going to notice that almost this entire chapter is from another one. The reason for that is because I said I would be working some of the old chapters into the new story line. I hope you don't mind this happening for a few chapters.

Mark's POV

Y/n frowned, still upset about the whole Ethan ordeal.
"You'll be back tomorrow for classes, then you'll see him again." I tell her.
"No I won't," She chuckles.
"Why not?" I ask, confused.
"Because I-...don't have any classes with him tomorrow."
She hesitates.
"Just because you'll be living with me doesn't mean you can't hang out with him.
She nods.
"Well let's get your things into the car."

Finally after a half hour of walking back and fourth, we get all of her things packed into my car. With a smile on my face, I hop into the driver seat and join Y/n. As I begin to drive, thoughts cloud my brain.

Is Ethan going to be okay?
Is he angry at me?
Whose house is he at?

"So Mark." Y/n's voice brings me out of my thoughts.
"What do you do? Or are you in college too?"
I glance over at her for a moment before looking back to the road.
"I do ummm..."
I don't exactly want to tell her I'm a YouTuber.
I'm not embarrassed by it, I just don't want her to not like me for it or want to use me.
It wouldn't be the first time.
"...Online marketing." I say the first thing that comes to mind.
"That's cool."
I nod, "It's what I love."

The rest of the ride is full of us just having what seems like a Q&A.
We ask each other questions like,
'What's your favorite color?' or 'What's your favorite food?' the basics.
"Are you from around here?" She suddenly asks.
"I'm not. Are you?" I ask.
She shakes her head, "Not even close."
I chuckle. "Same."
I think about Cincinnati.
All of the people and things I left behind.
I have new friends now and I'm still in contact with some of my old ones.
I just had to move on from there and go somewhere bigger.

"Why did you come here?" She asks.
"It was just more convenient for me to live here when I got.....a promotion." I tell her.
"I moved here for college obviously." She says.
"I also couldn't stay in the place I was at."
I give her a questioning glance.
"Why not?" I ask curiously.
"Not something I would like to talk about."
Her smile drops down to a frown.
"That's alright."
The cars air is then filled with an awkward silence.
My house comes into view and I smile.
"We're here." I tell her and pull into the driveway.
With the car now parked in the driveway I hop out the car and so does Y/n.
"Welcome to the Kingdom of Markimoo." I say in a weird accent making her giggle.

Good job Mark.
You got that smile to hop back onto her face again.

We walk up to the door and I unlock it and hold it open for
Y/n.
She takes a step inside and immediately gets knocked down by Chica.
"I missed you too Chica." She laughs and pets the puppo that's licking her face.
"Chica don't hurt the girl." I chuckle and help pull Chica off of her and then help her up.
"She gets really excited."
"I can tell." She has a smile going from ear to ear.
"Well I'm going to go make dinner." I say.
"You can have the room upstairs, down the hall, and to the right. It's across from a small closet." I tell her.
She nods with a glint of worry in her eyes.
"If you need anything just yell my name."
With that I head to the kitchen to make the best meal she'll ever eat.

Y/n's POV

"Well I'm going to make dinner." Mark says after he helps me up off the floor.
"You can have the room upstairs, down the hall, and to the right. It's across the hall from a small closet."

Oh no, directions, my enemy.
How am I going to find that.
Calm down, relax, it'll all be fine.

I nervously nod.
"If you need anything just yell my name." He tells me and the sound of him walking away, to what I can only guess is the kitchen, fills the air.

Time to try and find this room without dying.

Once I think Mark can't see me anymore I throw my arms in front of me so I don't run into a wall or anything else.
I then start to slowly walk forward and feel anything that my fingers come into contact with.

Table, wall, nothing, something glass.....railing?

I grip onto it and lean down.
Touching the ground, I confirm that I have finally found the stairs.
Now is the point in time where I have to be the most careful.
After I get up these stairs if one wrong move is made I could come tumbling back down.
With that oh so happy thought in my head I latch onto the railing and slowly, but surely, make my way up the stairs.

Staying here and keeping this secret is going to be a complete nightmare.
