Charlotte's POV:
"Are you sure we should go?" I ask Betty as she straightens my hair.
She laughs. "Why are you so worried? Archie and Jug will be there too. You won't be alone."
I sigh and look away from the mirror. "But Nick-"
Betty cuts me off. "Charlie, I promise you you'll be okay. Veronica knows Nick. She wouldn't invite us to the party if she didn't trust him."
I guess she has a point.
I slowly nod. "A-Alright."
She smiles. "Great. Now go get dressed and meet me downstairs."
I grab the leather skirt and red lace top before heading into the bathroom.

I pull on my heels and grab a matching purse.
When I make it down the stairs, I spot Betty, Archie, and Veronica all waiting. They hear my footsteps and all look up, only to have their eyes widen. I blush and wrap my arms around myself, feeling slightly self-conscious.
"You look amazing, Charlie." Archie says quietly as he looks me up and down. I can tell that made Veronica mad by the way she was looking between the both of us with her brow raised.
"You really do Lottie." Betty smiles.
"T-Thank you." I say quietly. I notice that a certain boy with a beanie is missing. "Where's Juggie?"
Betty rolls her eyes. "He can't make it. Last minute meeting with the Serpents." She explains.
"Well, are we ready to go? Andre is waiting outside."
