After finishing my check up, Jax didn't come and pick neither me or Kyle up, instead one of his men came to come get us. The ride back home mainly consisted of me talking shit about Jax, and Kyle nodding. "I knew he wasn't really listening since I was basically talking shit about the man who gives him his paycheck every week, but I like to imagine that he was.
When we pulled up to the house, the SUV was in the driveway. "You mean to tell me he was home and he didn't even bother to come pick me up." I said getting out the car.
'He has five kids to take care or Miracle, chill.' Subconscious said.
She was right so I did my breathing exercise and calmed down before grabbing my purse and closing the car door.
Kyle stayed in the car for some odd reason while I walked to the door. I went to unlock it but the door was already opened.
I walked inside to see rose petals on the floor. I closed the door behind me before following where the rose petals lead.
"Stop and read." I said stopping at the table.
I picked up the card and the rose and opened the the card.
