You couldn't move you were frozen in place. All you could do was stare into his eyes. He was looking at you intensely. You tried to talk but no words came out of your mouth. You thought to yourself come on pull it together. You took a deep breath and finally brought yourself to talk.
"I don't think its that great" You were being honest with him you weren't a big fan of your voice. Every time you heard your voice you cringed. "Really?... I really liked that shirt. It seemed really cool when I bought it at the store." Zach tried to keep a straight face. You didn't notice he was joking. You just looked at him and mentally facepalmed yourself. How could you have been so stupid? Of course, he was talking about the shirt. Why would he be talking about your voice it sounded terrible. You didn't even know what to say to him.
"Oh the shirt yeah sorry it's nice that's why I picked it." You stood there awkwardly not knowing what to say or do. Zach all of a sudden laughing and he smiled. All of a sudden he got even closer than before. "I liked your voice a lot too" He then winked and left the room.
