chap 13 ; kids?

the drive to kevin's apartment wasn't long, we figured out that his apartment is just near mcdonalds.

we reached his apartment door and i ringed the buzzer.

a few seconds later, amanda came out and opened the door for us.

"kaylen, jake! come in come in" she said acting surprised

"kevin! they're here!" she yelled

"okay!" kevin replied

we took a seat on their sofa and waited patiently for kevin to come.

jake - "so jane"

i look up at jake and stare into his gorgeous brown eyes

jane - "yes jake?"

jake - "i was just wondering if --"

kevin - "hey guys!"

before jake could finish his sentence, kevin came in and greeted us.

i stood up and hugged him while jake and kevin shake hands.

kevin - "so how's it been?" kevin asks with a big smile on his face

me - "kevin, we've only been away from eachother for a few hours" i slightly chuckle

kevin - "i know. but i just miss my little sister soo much"

he comes and hugs me tightly, and when we release he messed up my hair like i'm a dog.

me - "you asshole. and then again, i'm just a few minutes younger than you!"

i rolled my eyes.

kevin - "so, i'm still older. and no cursing in the apartment!"

me - "why?" i raise an eyebrow

kevin - "because there's kids in the room!"

i looked at him confused.

wait a minute..

me - "kids?"

kevin - "oh crap. i forgot didn't i? dammit"

me - "um, kevin, what kids are you talking about"

kevin - "oh umm, a year ago amanda gave birth to baby girls. twins actually"

twins???

but he's a teenager?

does mom and dad even know?

a smile started to form on my face.

me - "so you're saying i'm an auntie?"

kevin - "obviously"

me - "OMG OMG KEVIN CAN I MEET THEM??!" i ask so excited

kevin - "shut up! their sleeping dumbfuck"

me - "no cursing my ass"

kevin - "okay, whatever. here follow me. amanda just put them to sleep"

jake and i followed kevin as he was leading the way to the room where the twins are at.

"someday we'll have one of our own" jake whispered in my ear

i looked down and blush.

i wasn't paying attention of what's in front of me because i was blushing and looking down.

and then suddenly i bumped into the wall and fell down, causing jake to fall, and causing a loud noise, which causes the twins to wake up.

kevin - "well good job dumbfucks, you woke them up"
