I woke up in George's arms once again early the next morning as the sun was just beginning to rise. He'd come and slept in my bed yesterday night with me, neither of us wanting to leave the other one. However nothing had happened because of Brian being in the next room. I didn't mind, I was just happy to be back in George's arms again.

I sat up and looked over at George sleeping with his mouth slightly agape, making my lips turn up into an admiring grin.

I moved his messy hair from his closed eyes, causing him to stir slightly.

I placed a small kiss on his cheek making his eyes flutter open.

"Good morning." I bit my lip leaning over him.

He smiled radiantly and yawned, stretching out slightly.

"I could get used to waking up like this." He smiled groggily leaning up to kiss me gently.

"Poppy?" Brian knocked at my door suddenly, causing George to jump and slide off the side of my bed in shock.

I looked over the side of my bed wide eyed, seeing George looking back up to me with a terrified expression.

"Is everything all right?" Brian asked worriedly hearing the large thud.

"Everything's fine, just give me a moment." I spoke frantically, my voice cracking as I got up off the bed looking around panic-stricken for somewhere for George to hide.

As George got up my eyes landed on my closet and I began pushing him towards it hastily, shoving him inside it.

"I love you." He sang with a smirk in between my hanging clothes.

I shook my head unable to stop a grin from rising on my lips as I shut the closet door.

I hurried over to the door.

"Yes?" I opened the door breathlessly to Brian who was wearing a suit and seemingly ready to go somewhere so early in the morning.

"Your father called this morning, he hopes that you'll go to visit him today like you had planned?" Brian smiled slightly, looking glad I had got on with my father.

"Yes, of course." I nodded with a small smile.

"Alright, I can take you if you'd like, I'm supposed to be out to a meeting soon anyway." He offered kindly, looking down at his watch.

"Oh, no you don't have to do that, go ahead and I'll catch a cab, really it's fine." I smiled with a nervous undertone not wanting to get caught trying to sneak George out of the flat.

"You're sure?" Brian asked curiously.

The loud thudding sound of George falling against a closet wall made me panic slightly.

"Ow." George muttered faintly.

"Oh, something must've fell over in my closet. What a pain in the ass," I looked back to the closet door hoping George would hear the last part.

"Brian you go on, I'll take a cab later." I nodded.

"Alright." He sighed looking like he had been rushed to be on his way, not having time to question me further.

I gave him a quick peck on the cheek goodbye and closed my door, hearing him walk out of the apartment.

"Could you have been any louder?" I asked George walking over to my bed and sitting down as he opened the closet door.

He was wearing a lacy red bra I owned over his pyjama shirt with a smirk etched over his face.

"Why haven't I seen this one before?" He looked down at it, his smirk growing.
