I couldn't help but shift around nervously in my seat. Kyle was giving me the occasional odd glance, looking slightly concerned for me. I was definitely nervous for my date with Levi.

He had a couple days to think about what had happened, what if he decided to cancel last second? I was really looking forward to spending time with him later, but I was definitely giving myself a bit of anxiety as I kept overthinking everything.

At this rate, I might pass out.

"Are you okay, you look like you're about to be sick," Kyle said, looking over me once.

I took a deep breath, "I'm fine, just pregame jitters or something."

"You don't do any sports!" the brunette exclaimed, crossing his arms.

"No shit Sherlock," I muttered, rolling my eyes at him.

"Also, did you notice that Elijah was in a good mood?" he asked.

"Yep, he met a guy named Mason yesterday," I told him, sending him a small smile.

"Is he-"

"Yep, Eli's other half, he has to wait for two years before anything can happen though, the guy's nineteen."

"Oh, too bad."

"Yep."

Levi leaned over, a small smile on his face, "Excited for later?"

I just nodded my head, though, my cheeks went warm at the mention of our date. It was good to know he hadn't changed his mind about it.

"Adorable," he murmured, leaning back so he was just sitting back at his desk, a large grin on his face.

"An adorable idiot," I said under my breath.

Levi glanced at me, mumbling something I couldn't hear, he flashed me a toothy smile and, for a moment, I thought that he might've heard what I said.

He's adorable.

"Wanna drop your bags off at my place before we go anywhere?" Levi asked me, walking so close to me that his arm brushed against mine occasionally.

I nodded my head, "Sure, I don't feel like carrying my stuff all day."

"Okay, let's stop by at my place first, then we can go wherever you want," he told me, smiling slightly at me.

"Where do you want to go?" I questioned, hoping he'd take me places he wanted to go to instead. I didn't know most of the places near here, and I definitely didn't know what people usually did on dates.

I was kinda hopeless, wasn't I?

"Anything you wanna do is fine with me," the brunette said, grabbing onto my hand as we walked.

After we dropped our stuff off at Levi's house, we went to a cafe that I suggested. Mostly because I couldn't think of anything that wasn't cliche that was still within walking distance. Then again, aren't most dates cliche now?

"If you don't even like coffee, then why'd you bring us here?" he asked, laughing lightly at me.

"I was in the mood for cake, I have a serious sweet tooth," I replied, shoving a bit of the cake into my mouth.

"You'd definitely have a sweet tooth," he said, taking a sip of his tea.

"Hey, I still got a hot chocolate," I muttered, pouting at him.

"That thing has a ton of sugar too," he told me, shaking his head, "anyway, I'm going to the bathroom. I'll be right back."

I nodded, watching as he got up, "Okay."

I noticed as a somewhat familiar raven-haired boy walked in, he looked over at me, smiling and waving before he walked over to me, sitting across from me in the chair next to Levi's.

"Hi...I like what you did with your hair," he complimented me, noticing the abandoned iced tea, "Are you here with someone?"

I blinked a few times in confusion, "Who are you?"

He rose his eyebrows at me, looking baffled. "You - you don't remember who I am? I'm Mason, the guy who dropped his wallet yesterday?" he reminded me.

"I think you got the wrong guy," I said, pursing my lips as I tried to recall who the hell this guy was and why he seemed so familiar, "I have no clue who you are."

"I don't think so...yesterday your hair was red though, so you must've got it redone," he said, trying to get me to remember him.

My eyes widened slightly, "Oh...that wasn't me, that was my brother -- my twin brother, Elijah. My name is Jamie, and I've never had red hair."

His eyes went wide, his face going red. "I'm so sorry, I thought you were Eli. That's embarrassing," he apologised, his voice cracking on the word embarrassing as he looked down at the table.

Mason glanced up at me, holding out his hand, "I'm Mason, by the way, it's - uh - nice to meet you, Jamie."

I shook his hand, smiling awkwardly at the really tall guy across from me. I let my hand return to my side, and if on cue, Levi appeared next to me, his eyes narrowed suspiciously.

"Who's this guy?" he asked bitterly.

"Some guy who knows my twin brother," I replied, watching as the brunette somewhat eased up, taking the seat next to me instead of the one he sat in earlier.

"You have a twin?" he questioned, completely ignoring the guy across from us.

"Yeah, his hair is dyed too, but it's red instead," I told him, pursing my lips.

"Ah, that guy."

"Who're you?" Mason asked, looking at Levi in confusion.

Levi glared at the raven-haired boy, grabbing onto my hand, "I'm his boyfriend."

My face went warm as I glanced down at the table. "Oh...wait, is Elijah seeing anyone?" Mason questioned, his face turning pink.

I shook my head, "Nope."

He smiled at that, "Sorry about interrupting your date, I'll be on my way now."

"Bye."

"Humph," Levi huffed as soon as Mason was gone.

"What? Are you jealous?" I teased, squeezing his hand tightly.

"No, of course not," he grumbled, reaching for his tea and taking another sip.

"Aw, how cute," I cooed, "and boyfriend, hm?"

His face went pink, "That's what I said, isn't it?"

"Yeah, I guess," I murmured, smiling at him.

"You're my boyfriend now," he said, leaning over and pecking me on the cheek.

"I wouldn't have it any other way," I told him, not caring about who was giving us weird looks.

I just wanted to be with Levi, I didn't care who thought what.
