I've been in korea two years now. Studying dance & getting a teaching degree. My days have consisted of school, homework & dance practices. I've been an over achiever again getting my degree in less than 3 years, where as my fellow student still had a year left. I'm almost done, then I can find that man in my dreams without any worry of him feeling bad about not being their for me.
I can freely say, I did well, stop worrying about me. I attend Hanyang University.

I was really fortunate to get in. I had some help, Mr Kim put in a good word. Bless that man, he checks in from time to time. I never ask about Seok Jin, but he gives updates on everyone. I told him to keep it between us, not that I'm not grateful, I just don't want to complicate things.

He sent me this a week ago, I almost dropped my phone on my face that night. Seems like he wanted to brag about how good looking his son is getting. Like I didn't know that would happen from the start. I didn't reply naturally, I mean what was I going to say....
I turned 18 a few weeks ago & since I'm almost graduating it's time to man up or in my case women up & meet my parents friend from the adoption agency. I talked to them last night & got her personal info from them.
I'm having lunch just staring at my phone mustering up the courage to phone her. Let's just get this over with, I have a practical exam in 30 minutes. I start dialing her number.
~Hello, Mrs. Lee speaking~ She says. ~Hello, this is Rose Basset speaking, I believe you know my parents~ I say. ~Ah, Rose, yes, I was expecting you to call sooner, you've been the legal age a few weeks now~ she says. ~Sorry, it's been quiet crazy around here, exams & stuff you know~ I say ~Of course, silly me~ she says.
~Well let's not keep you waiting any longer, when can we meet?~ she says. ~I have my last exam today, how about tomorrow, say lunch time at *restaurant name in seoul*~ I say. ~I know that place, about 12 will work for me, my treat of course~ She says. ~Works for me & thank you~ I say.
We say are goodbyes & I get up to get ready for my exam.
