Chapter 27: Revealation?

3 weeks later...

Jungkook pov

I've done nothing but smile for the past few weeks, doing to be a dad, I can't wait to build a family with the woman I love so dearly.

The doctors confirmed that Chaeyoung is 2 months pregnant, 7 more months and we'll welcome our baby into this world.

"Chaeyoung lets go for a walk"

She comes out of the bedroom with a smile on her face, but somethings different, the smile, she's masking another emotion, I can tell.

I've noticed this a few times these past few weeks, somethings on her mind. But whenever I bring it up her excuse is always pregnancy hormones. But I know, there's more to it.

She walked up to me, I'm standing by the front door putting my shoes on, and she also puts in hers.

"Lets go" she places a soft kiss on my cheek making me smile at how adorable she truly is. Her beautiful brown eyes gaze into mine.

I place my left hand on her cheek and whisper

"You know we can alway just go back to our bedroom"

Understanding what I meant she pushed pmy chest slightly and blushes

Then gasps before she says

"Jungkook you know I'm pregnant" she say will a giggle

I ruffle her hair then hold her hand

"Okay okay" I chuckle " let's go"

We walked to our local park,

We stroll through the path surrounded my flowers and trees, along with a river by it, its Chaeyoung favourite place to go and well, mine too.

"Are you ever going to tell me?" I spoke out

She stopped walking and then so did I,

She looks at me surprised

"What do you mean?"

"The thing that's been eating at you for the past 3 weeks, I know it's not just the pregnancy." I walk closer to her "you can tell me Chaeyoung, you can tell me anything."

She looks down. I see hesitation in her eyes.

"I-I know, you're right" she says quietly, then takes a deep breathe.

"I-i got a-a call, from..."

"Who?" I asked

"Mina"

"Mina? Why?" I asked confused

"S-she said, it's not over. It didn't finish with Chanyeol, she's gonna do something and I don't know what or how to prevent it. I don't even know how she got my number. I'm so scared." She finally let out, tears began forming although she wouldn't let them fall. I could see how shaken up she was

How did this happen? Should I tell her about....

No.

I can't have her ruin our happiness.

I pull Chaeyoung into a hug, "why didn't you tell me sooner?" I softly say, when did Mina even get the chance to call her.

I've been so careful, then how?

"You've been so happy, I didn't want to be the reason as to why it'd be taken" she says

"You'd never be that reason. Instead your the reason I've been so happy" I say, assuring her

"What are we gonna do jungkook?" She says
"What is she gonna do?"

"Right now I don't know, but we're not gonna get our answers here. I think it's time we move back to Korea" I say to her, knowing how hard it's going to be, but, remaining here won't be safe either.

Knowing Mina, she's probably got spies here already.

4 days later.

Chaeyoung pov

"Jungkook I've told Taehyung and Jennie when we'll be arriving, they said they'll pick us up from the airport" I inform him as we check into the airport.

Our flight is in an hour

"Everything is going to be okay, I'll
Make sure of it" jungkook comforts me, sensing my anxiousness.

I give him a smile as he returns one back. I lean my head into his shoulder.

"I love you" I say to him

"I love you too" he replies then places a sweet kiss on my lips
