Me and jungkook walk out hand and hand out of the airport, our bodyguard, who is also a close friend of Jungkook's, was being our luggage.
The familiar air wrapped its self around me. It did feel good to be home.
"Chaeyoung-ah" I heard jemmies voice as she walk up to us with a big smile, Taehyung just behind her,

"Wah Jungkook-ah, it's good to see you" Taehyung gives Jungkook a hug.
"It's good to see you too Chaeyoung" he then says and gives me a hug too.
it feels like forever since we last saw them,
"Let's go and get some food, you must be starving," Jennie insisted,

"Gosh I've missed Korean food so much" jungkook confessed, to which I chuckled.
We were at a cosy restaurant, we were all catching up about each others lives
Watching Taehyung and Jennie together really made me smile.
"You guys seem so happy" I let out
They both look at eachother and smile, then back to us
"We have an announcement for you guys" Taehyung begins
He brings his hand to jennie's
"WE'RE ENGAGED" they both said

I was overjoyed with so much happiness and elation, I squealed at the happy news and congratulated them both by giving a hug
"I saw it coming, I'm so glad for you both" jungkook said.

"When did this happen?" I ask, tears of joy filling my eyes
"A week ago. We wanted to wait and tell you in person" Jennie said with a smile, and places a kiss on Taehyung's cheek
They're so in love, they both deserve the best, which is exactly what they have.
"So when's the wedding" jungkook asked
"In 2 months, near Christmas" Taehyung informs us,
Me and jungkook look at eachother, I could see it in his eyes, I knew what he was thinking.
"Guys, we have some news for you too." I begin with a smile

Jennie's eyes began streaming with joy, haha it runs in the family, Taehyung lept up his seat and gave jungkook a hug who got up as he did.

Jennie practically did the same. There was so much love in the air.
They were so happy for us, and we were for them.
The circumstances me and Jungkook were in, I completely forgot about all the things around us, that make us happy. Ive learnt that Focusing on the bad will only prevent you from appreciating and valuing the good.
Whether you believe it or not, there's actually more good people in this world than bad, it's just that, the bad ones receive more attention. But that doesn't mean we can't live the life we want to.
I guess sometimes we suffer more from imagination than reality. And right now the reality is, that I'm happy and grateful to be here, alive, with these people whom I love, and love me.
