Yuzu turned her head to see who it was.
It was....
A man that seemed about forty-ish?
He wore a brown coat that touched his knees.
He had brown hair and Yuzu could see he was handsome in the past.
"Ma'am, you dropped this." He held out something pink.
Her wallet.
Yuzu opened her eyes surprised.
She immediately grabbed it and checked the wallet.
Nothing's missing.
Her picture with Mama, Papa and Mei were in there.
That was most important to her.
"Thank you so much, sir!" Yuzu couldn't stop thanking him.
He smiled gratefully and was flattered.
Yuniko sighed at the top of the jet's entrance "You should take better care your items, Yuzuuu."
Yuzu finally thanked the man once again and waved to him as he left.
She turned to face Yuniko and rolled her eyes "Obviously."
She started to step up the stairway to the entrance.
One step.
Clack
Two steps.
Clack
Three steps.
Clack
Yuzu stopped at the third step, waiting for something... or someone to save her and Yuniko from this marriage.
"YUZU!" a voice shouted.
Yuzu faced towards the stairway still, not making a movement.
"YUZU!" the same voice shouted.
Only more softer.
Yuzu hesitated.
The sun now was shining brightly down them like it was saving all this sunlight for a certain day.
Everything was so bright and clear.
Yuzu trembled.
~Mei's Third Point Of View
"YUZU!" Mei shouted.
She was panting and sweat dripped down her face.
She expected for Yuzu to turn around to see who it was but she was frozen.
Glued.
"YUZU!" Mei shouted again.
She saw her hesitate and tremble.
Mei was waiting for her.
Yuzu turned her head over her shoulder then her whole body, tears streaming down her face.
She stood there still and tears was going down her face.
It felt like eternity for Mei.
Mei could feel her vision turn foggy and full of tears.
~Yuzu's Third Point of View
Yuzu could feel tears going down her face.
"Mei?" she tried to call out but came out as a quiet, weak whisper.
"Mei!" Yuzu said, loudly so Mei could've heard.
Yuniko was at the entrance still, emotionless.
Like Mei was at school.
Yuzu walked down the steps.
Clack.
Clack.
Clack.
"Miss, you can't-" the flight attendant started.
But Yuzu just ignored her.
Yuzu now faced Mei.
They both had tears streaming their faces.
It felt as time stopped for those two.
Nothing was around them.
Just... them.
Yuzu snapped out of the trance and walked slowly to her.
Faster!
Yuzu could feel herself moving picking up the pace where Mei is meters away from her.
She realized she was running now.
Yuzu held out her hand to Mei.
"Just.... a few more yards." Yuzu muttered.
WHAM!
She ran right into Mei.
