"You're a golden child.
Always in the spotlight.
They're watching every
choice you make.I feel bad for you,
and yet I know what's
like to be you.Don't do this,
do that.
Be this,
not that.
Be young and
yet have no life
You're never truly happy. They set you
on a high pedestal.
One mistake and
you're nothing but dirt.You're a golden child.
Picture perfect.
A robot with no emotion.
You must follow the blueprint
or you're a failure.They scream
and you cry.
Yet,
you're not supposed to
show any sign of emotion.
You scream
and their views of
you shatterThat's when you realize,
they all hated you anyway. So, you run and
cut yourself free."
