"Are you ready?
It's time for you walk the line.
You don't always have to decide.
Right or left.
Good or bad.
Karma or luck.
Broken by design.
There's some much to keep track of.
More than our state of mind.
Who's keeping count?
I see the sun,
and the moon.
They're more alike
than we care to admit.
The scale has already been tipped.
Nothing new.
Tell me something
that I can sleep to.
Like the air,
it says the sweetest words.
Warm or cold.
Polluted by our inconsiderate thoughts.
We want everything we can't have.
You want gold
and a white picket fence.
While I want a never ending day.
Greedy souls speak like predators.
But yet we become our own prey.
Must destroy every mirror.
I don't like the reflection
staring at me.
Nor do you."
