The New Main Team

Why can't i remember?! It was a girl, she had multi coloured hair and she was short but i can't remember her face or her name!

I think she was important to me but i really can't remember! I was snapped out my thoughts when i felt someone tap my shoulder

I turned around to see Blake who looked concerned

Blake: Are you okay? You looked scared

Me: I'm fine, just thinking about something?

Blake: What was it about?

Me: It was a girl, she had multi coloured hair and was short but i don't remember her name

Blake: She can't have been important then

Me: I guess not

I heard a loud roar and we flipped out head around to see a tree being thrown towards us, i used Ruby's semblance and dashed to Blake and moved her out the way.

We turned back to normal and i drew my swords, a Beringel came out carrying a tree in one hand. I placed the third sword in mouth and it roared at us slamming it's fist onto it's chest.

It charged at Blake and tried slamming the tree on her, she dodged out the way using her semblance and she tried shooting it but the Beringel raised the tree to block the shots.

I dashed at it using Ruby's semblance and appeared next to it and slashed at it using all three swords. It turned to me and Blake used the opportunity to slash at it's back.

I split off into three groups of petals and went around it only to pick up Blake and take us high in the air.

I activated Yang's semblance as my hair caught fire and my eyes turned red, i turned to Blake with an angered expression and took the sword out my mouth

Me: Attack me!

She nodded and slashed at me a couple times as i felt stronger and my aura shielded me from the damage.

I placed the sword in my mouth as we began falling down, i gripped the bow on Blake's sword and dragged her along with me.

She used a fire clone to boost our descent as we picked up speed. I moved my swords to my right and began spinning in the air.

We came close to the Beringel as Blake used her momentum to slice through the tree and i used mine to slice through the Grimm with all the swords.

I rolled along the ground trying to slow my momentum. Eventually stopping i got up panting and sore, Blake ran up to my side with a smile on her face.

Blake: I forgot how fun it was to fight with you!

Me: It was fun, but painful

Blake: Come on, we have to hand in the relic

After we handed in the relic we were told we had to wait in the hall for the teams to be announced.

Chatter filled the hall as i stood next to Blake in silence. I couldn't stop thinking about the girl, her name... it was off an ice cream

Blake tapped my shoulder making me turn my head to her and lose my trail of thought

Blake: How do you think the teams are going to be made?

Me: I think the pairs that collected the same "relics" will be placed together

Ozpin walked onto the stage and cleared his throat

Ozpin: Cardin Winchester, Sky Lark, Russel Thrush, Dove Bronzewing. You all collected the black pawn pieces and shall now be known as team CRDL lead by Cardin Winchester

Their faces appeared on a screen as a round of mixed applause went out to them

Ozpin: Lie Ren, Nora Valkarye, Pyrrha Nikos, Weiss Schnee. You all collected the white rook pieces and shall now be known as team PWRN (Perinto) lead by Pyrrha Nikos

Their faces appeared on the screen as a round of more positive applause went out to the team. Wait... did Weiss find Pyrrha before Pyrrha found Jaune?

Ozpin: Ruby Rose, Yang Xiao Long, Blake Belladonna, Y/N Luke L/N. You all collected the white knight pieces and alshall now be known as team RYBL (Ribuli) lead by Ruby Rose

Our faces appeared on a screen as a round of applause went out to us but i was more confused at why my middle name was used, i never even told them my middle name! (A/N it's my real middle name btw)

We were grouped up and began to walk to our dorm room as Yang crushed Ruby in a hug

Yang: Team Leader! I'm so proud of you!

Blake: So this is our team for the next four years

I got closer to Blake amd whispered to her

Me: You should tell them you're a faunas

She looked to me scared slightly and shook her head, we don't have Weiss on our team so it shouldn't bring up and problems... that means we won't find out the white fang are stealing from the docks unless i get us there in time

I gotta remember, two days after the transfer students come to Vale! Looking to Blake i gave her a pleading look. She sighed in defeat

Blake: Guys, i have something to tell you

They looked to her as i had a smile on my face, she held her breath as she unraveled her bow and her faunas ears werd exposed

Ruby: *Gasp* They're so cute!

Blake: What?

Yang: Yeah they are, why hide them?

Blake: I'd rather not be harassed because of them, so i hid them

Yang: I can see why, but when your with just us do you think you could take it off?

Blake: I'll think about it

Ruby: Can i pet them?!

She shook her head making Ruby sink down in disappointment, i heard Blake mumble something that i could make out

Me: Lead the way Ruby

Blake: Oh Y/N, you still need to make those Cinnamon rolls

Ruby/Yang: You can bake?!

Me: Why Blake? Why!?
