i tried to open my eyes but it was to bright I blinked few times and i failed to open my eyes , I felt something on my hand I really wanted to look what it is but I can't open my eyes it's to bright , i didn't give up and i opened my eyes slowly ignoring the brightness , my hand was wet I looked down and i saw Louis head is on my hand and he was sobbing , i whispered his name " Lo...Louis " his eyes met mine as he smiled with his tears over his face " Holland you woke up honey , how you feeling ? What happened ? Please don't leave me again please don't do this to me " his voice was full of sadness and pain , his face was yellow and his hair was messy and also his eyes were red and puffy , i wiped his tears and said " Louis , i am sorry for doing that to you , and promise me that you will not leave your little sister " i chuckled and he ran his fingers into my hair saying " never in a million years , you'll be with me , you will go back to our country with me , and I'll let you see your family OUR family " i stopped breathing for a second and think about it as i was afraid that they will not accept me , Louis cut me out of my thoughts " hey little bug , what are you thinking about ? " i didn't want to tell him the truth but I must " what if ... they didn't like me " i was scared of what he will say cause his eyes were wide " are you kidding me Holland , it's your family your mom and dad I mean step dad and also your sisters " I've always wanted sisters I've always dreamed .. and ya I guess I am older than them cause when my dad took me from them Louis was 6 and i was the only girl " SISTERS ?! " i didn't want to sound like I don't want sisters but it came out from my mouth like I really don't want " why ? you don't want to have sisters ? " he sounded like a father telling his daughter that why she didn't like this tiy " no i didn't meant it like that but.... I've always dreamed and wished to have sisters that they are younger than me " Louis smiled and he said " i know sister and also you have twin sisters Daisy and Phoebe they are 8 years old " I loved the fact that I have twin sisters " Yaaaaaaay I really want to meet them " Louis Smiled at me

i started getting worried about Louis cause he's really late , we called him 3 times but he didn't answer . suddenly Harry cut me out of my thoughts " i am gonna call him again " TBH Harry is the most one who's worried cause he's his Best Friend i didn't want him to worry about Louis more so I said " ok call him and put speaker " Harry diald Louis's number and finally Louis answered " Hello ? " Harry smiled and said " OMG Louis where are you ? are you okay ? " Louis cleared his throat and said " ummm i am in Hospital " Liam grabbed the phone and said " What happened to you Louis are you okay ?"
" yes I am but there is somebody in the .. hospital "
" who ?! "
he didn't answered as Liam repeated his question but now his voice went louder " WHO ?! "
" H..Holland "
Harry's eyes went wide and he said " what happened to her ?? and in which hospital we're coming now "
" we're in ********** hospital "
"ok we're coming now "
We changed and we all headed to the car and we headed to the Hospital
