Rory was laughing so hard at the day she had. She was furious because of Logan and his friends. Their prank changed many things in their future relationship if she allowed one to grow. But she surely got back at him, though. Her grandfather played an essential part. It was quite a believable performance, unfortunately for Logan.
* * * Flashback * * *
Logan, Colin, and Finn... oh, what a picture. They stand, chatting away--no doubt about their performance in Professor Bell's class--taking a much needed coffee break near the favored cart of their Reporter Girl.

Richard walks around the corner seeing them and calls out to Logan.
