The Perfect Actor ( Bryan Dechart X Reader )

The Note

-Your P.O.V-
I turn over to look at the time. "6AM." I sigh and I sit up. No point in laying here knowing I'm not going to fall alseep. I get up and put on a white fluffy robe. I walk downstairs to find Y/F making some coffee. "Would you like a cup?" Y/F asks, her tone is tired. I nod my head and yawn as I sit at the bar of our kitchen and wait for my coffee.

I think about the events of yesterday. Should I tell Y/F? She is my roomate and best friend afterall... We've been through so much. After coming out of my daze and I look up to her. "Should I be worried... About taking part in this movie?" I say my voice slowly coming out of its grogy morning state. Y/F turns to face me with her eyebrow raised. "Why would you need to be worried? You went through rigourus training for this day!" She says dramatically, raising a fist in the air as if she just won a battle. I sigh and explain what happened with my switching of roles as well as I told her about Della. "She just sounds like a bitch that will annoy you. My advice, just don't give her the reaction she wants. Just play it cool." Y/F says as she hands me a cup of coffee. "Well, it's not just her... The other main actor is Bryan Dechart-" I somewhat mumble the last part and Y/F spits out her coffee into the sink "BRYAN DECHART?! YOU'RE SHITTING ME RIGHT?!" She yells and exclaims loudly. Me not wanting another complaint from my neighbors, I cover her mouth. "Shhhh! You're gonna get us in trouble!"

Y/F nods vigourusly and I slowly pull my hand away from her mouth. "So basically you get to be in a movie with the hottest man on Earth?" Y/F asks looking at me with a raised eyebrow and a pure expression of curiosity. I nod my head and she smiles "Well I'm coming with you today and you won't stop me no matter what." I roll my eyes and smile. I know she is only coming to see her celebrity crush Bryan Dechart but I don't mind all that much since I know neither of us have a chance with him. Now especially because every girl that sees him will flock to him since he and Amelia had their divorce.

"Alright just don't get me in trouble."

   -Bryan's P.O.V-
I got to the studio early, I had nothing to do at home since, well there was no one who lived with me any more. I re-read the last conversation Amelia and I had before our divorce.
        
   12:34PM Amelia: Love you lots! I can't wait to see your beautiful face when you get home! <3

                                             12:45PM Bryan: Nearly done! I love you lots darling. See you soon.

"Trust me Bryan looking at those won't help you get over whats going on." Jesse says and pats my shoulder. Me being slightly startled I tuck my phone in my pocket and sigh. "Yeah I know but... I just miss her." Jesse looks over at me concerned as I distort my face so I won't cry. "Bryan, it may seem impossible now, but you really need to move on and find someone else. Don't try to rush anything but just take time to heal and move on. Don't stay stuck to Amelia and your past with her. It will all be for the better." Jesse pats my shoulder again, he gives a reassuring smile and walks over to the food bar to go grab a drink.

I look out the window to see Y/N get out of the car, she gets out with another girl as well and they giggle like school girls as they walked to the doors of the set of the building. As they enter John walks over. "Y/N! Who's this?" John asks Y/N and Y/N replies its her friend. Y/N's friend glances over at me over and over again. I'm getting a suspision of why. John has Y/N and her friend enter his office and he shuts the door behind the girls.

-Your P.O.V-
"Now Y/N you know you're not supposed to bring friends here." John looked at me sternly and fear began to overwhelm me. Maybe if I tell him the truth he won't be mad. "I'm sorry John, Y/F just really wanted to see-" I was cut off by Y/F "I just really wanted to see if you had any any acting parts? Even extras would work!" Y/F exclaimed and John raised an eyebrow at her. "I'll see what I can do. Do you have a theater arts college degree?" Y/F smiles and nods "Y/N and I went and graduated at the same college." She smiles and John looks over at me. "Y/N please go practice I might be able to fit Y/F into a role."

My emotions erupted with happiness and I left John's office to go practice some lines.

-Third Person-
As Y/N went to go and practice on her lines Della was able to hear the whole conversation from an open window. Della already knew how she was going to get revenge on Y/N. Bryan would glance over at Y/N every now and then. Bryan thought a lot about what Jesse had said and decided to write his number on a slip of paper. Bryan walked over to Y/N's bag that was slumped over on a wall while she was in the bathroom and put the note in a pocket.

-Timeskip-

-Your P.O.V-
I finally get home with Y/F and I sit on the couch exausted. Y/F is still very enthusiastic about her getting a small role in the romantic film. Y/F got the role of the bar tender in one of the scences. I try to be happy about it but im so tired its a battle just to keep my eyelids from shutting. Y/F asks me for my script to see where her lines are since she forgot her script. I open my bag and hand her my script. I noticed a piece of paper at the bottom of my bag. Me being me I assume it was just reminders but my curiosity got the best of me. I grab the paper and open it to find a phone number, 'I dont remember taking anyone's number' I think as I look over to Y/F. I grab my phone and type in the number, I then text it.

9:05PM You: Hey! This is Y/N, I don't remember getting a number and I don't know who this is. I'm tired and might have forgotten if I did get a number. Are you one of the producers?

9:06PM Unknown Number: Yeah I gave ya my number earlier and no I'm an actor in the film. :)

9:07PM You: Oh okay haha, well I'm going to get some rest maybe I'll see ya tomorrow?

9:07PM Unknown Number: Yeah sleep well Y/N.

I didn't want to ask him what his name was since I thought it was rude that I may have forgotten who gave me their number. I shruged it off  I said goodnight to Y/F and headed to bed.

(Sorry this was kinda a filler. I really want to get in backround but I didn't want it to get boring. Which I feel like it did. Please let me know if this was kinda a boring chapter. I need to work on how I can put things in the story without going into so much detail. Thanks for reading! -Brin)
