When Cameron was 15 months old we found out that his spinal cord was not attached right so he had to have surgery on his spinal cord which ended up on him having spina bifida. Also at this time we also found out that my little brother has muscular dystrophy. Which results in him having to have walkers, wheelchair, and braces on his legs to help him walk. The doctors told us because he had surgery and he has these diseases, he would have speech delay and wouldn't be able to walk. It was hard as a family hearing that my younger brother will never be able to walk again. When Cameron was about 2 and a half-3 years old, we were both at my grandparents place watching us when Cameron all of a sudden stood up we knew he's tried but he has never accomplished standing up with out help and he just started walking by himself. In my family's opinion Cameron didn't hear the doctors say he can't walk he just did it because he wanted to. After Cameron walked we knew our family would be different now he was quite independent at that point on but needed help with things along the way. We love him just the way he is even though he can be a sinker at times we love him.
A/N: Hello everyone I know it has been a long time since I have updated but this year has been crazy because I finished up grade 11 and now going to grade 12. I have a lot of stress on me at this point doctors appointments and different things we are trying and I'm just so exhausted I haven't really had time to write on here. I decided that I should write today so I can get people interested again. Again thank you for holding on to the updates, hopefully a new update soon!
