We all ordered, I only ordered a small salad. I wasn't used to big meals and a salad was healthy enough so I figured why not. Kurama ordered a steak, my mother order a burger and fries, while my father ordered a loaded baked potato.
We made small talk in the mean time, Kurama seemed to glance at me occasionally, I wasn't sure why. When our food arrived, we ate and occasionally stole food from each other's plates, though I was hesitant at first, my parents assured me that it was alright.
After our meal, we headed to the movies to see Ralph Breaks The Internet. We got our tickets and two small dishes of popcorn, since we had just eaten. Plus, it'd be easier instead of handing one popcorn dish down the rows to one another.
We got to the screening room and took our seats. Kurama sat on one end, I sat on the other with my mother at my side and my father beside my brother. I couldn't help but smile at the improvement.
