Delilah was sitting at the bar top in the kitchen of her apartment with her red hair piled on top of her head and with her glasses on doing her homework. While her 3 room mates and best friends Natasha Wanda and Sutton are sitting on the couch talking to their fiancées through skype.
"Hey ladies looking lovely" Sam said
"Stop." Nat said
"We have good news girls." Steve said
"What's that?' Wanda said
"We are coming home for Christmas and we can't wait to see you girls." Clint said
"Yay!!" they all 3 said
"I hope you have a couch for me Nat?' Bucky said
"I do but why would I need a couch for you aren't you going to see Rachel." she said
"Rachel ended things about a month ago she couldn't handle it." Bucky said
"Oh..okay." Nat said
They continued their conversation with the boys and Delilah finished up her homework. Nat hung up and said "We need to go shopping like now we have two weeks till the boys get here and we haven't decorated one damn thing."
Delilah said "Can we even fit a tree in here?'
"Sure we can." Wanda said
"Let's hope so." Nat said
They all bundled up in beanies and boots and braved the cold air of the city since their apartment was close to NYU nursing school. They went to the store and got a small tree and some lights and ornaments and stockings. When they got back they started to decorate the apartment and Wanda said "Since you are the crafty one mind write every body's names on the stockings." to Delilah
"I don't mind." she said as she took the glitter glue and started to write the names and lined them up along the bar top to dry.
"Those look awesome Delilah." Sutton said
"Thank you.." she said
That night they all went to bed and the next morning they went to class. After class Delilah asked them over lunch if they knew what they wanted to do about a Christmas dinner. "Oh man the boys would love that" Wanda said
"Yes they would." Nat said
So they started to look up ideas and started to make out a grocery list even though they knew they would more than likely be going to family dinners when they got home they wanted to make one for them.
