(7) I Missed You

Bucky followed her to her apartment. They got inside and she said "So this my place." 

"Baby you haven't changed a bit." he said as he pulled her to him.

"So you got home today and decided to drive all the way up here to see me." she said 

"Well I was listening to you on the phone. Wanda texted me what you told Natasha and then I heard you talking about everything that you felt when Jackson would leave and I just had to see you. Baby I was promoted to Sgt Major today the girls are moving to GA soon cause since we are going to be home for a while they decided to get married while we are home. And I missed you I missed these green eyes this beautiful fucking ass which by the way you look so damn sexy in scrubs and holding you." he said 

She smiled and looked down as she shook her head to hid her blush. He smiled and said "And those damn dimples darlin." 

"You really want to be with me even though your job scares the living hell out of me." she said as she wrapped her arms her neck. 

"Yes I do." he said as he kissed her. 

Her phone buzzed and she read the text and sighed. "What?' he said

"They turned off the machines." she said 

"Baby you need to go. I know you hated her but she's still your grandmother yes she sounds like a bitch but baby she loved you only wanted what was best for you." he said 

"But Buck I.." she said but he kissed her. 

"I'll go with you baby I don't mind." he said 

"But they will grill you." she said

"So.. I love you Delilah Ann." he said 

She swallowed hard and said "I love you too." 

"I'll go with you and they will be off your back baby. And once I marry you baby I'll give you lots of babies." he said 

She said "Just 3." 

"Mmm maybe 4 baby just to be safe." he said 

She smiled and kissed him and without breaking the kiss she walked backwards and pulled him into her bedroom. "Mmm baby where are you taking me" he said in between kisses. 

"Bed." she said 

"Mmm good cause I'm tired but I need to kiss these lips for awhile." he whispered in between kisses. 

Once they got into her bedroom they stripped down and got in her bed. "mmm right where I need to be baby." as he laid in between her legs and they started to kiss. 

Meanwhile in GA Sam looked at Steve and said "I'm assuming that he hasn't come back that things are going good for the two of them." 

"Maybe or he got a hotel room to crash before he drove back." Steve said

"Steve this is Bucky we are talking about there is a reason why he out ranks us he's damn good at his job. He can stay awake for days." Sam said 

"That's true" Clint said 

The next morning Bucky woke up laying on Delilah's chest. He smiled and then grabbed her phone and his phone and laid them on her chest and he made her call his phone and her rington started to play "Hey There Delilah" 

She smiled in her sleep and she started to open her eyes and he smiled so big. "What are you doing?' she whispered

"Making you call me so you can hear your ringtone. The song I always heard in my head over there." he said 

He stopped the call and  kissed her and started to sing the song to her as he kissed her. "Mmm I can't wait to marry you baby.' he whispered 

She giggled and said "I think you just want to marry me so you can have sex with me."

"Mmm no I love you Delilah Ann and I want to make beautiful babies with you and hold you and kiss you and love you." he said 

She smiled and said "And because I'm giving you blue balls." 

"Mmm it's worth every bit of it." he said 

They got up and got dressed then went and got breakfast. Then they headed down to GA after she packed a bag to head to VA for her grandmother's funeral. 

"Hey Delilah." Sam said as she walked in the door.

"Hey Sam" she said

Steve walked in with his toothbrush in his mouth. "hey Delilah" 

"hey Steve." she said 

Bucky smacked Clint who was asleep on the couch and said "Don't be rude." 

"Oh hey Delilah." he said as he wiped his mouth. 

"Congrats all your promotions once the girls get down and we get back we should definitely celebrate." she said 

"When you two get back where are you two going?' Sam said

"My grandma's funeral." she said

Bucky came out and said "I'm going with her." as he had his suitcase in his hand. "And I already cleared it with Colonel so I'm good to go baby." he added as he kissed her. 

Sam said "Are you sure you are ready to meet her family? They sound scary." 

"I'll be fine." Bucky said as they walked out. 

She got into his truck and they took off to the airport.  "Can I ask you why you chose to move to North Carolina?" 

"It's my original home. It's where I was born and lived the first 5 years of my life." she said 

"Before daddy got transferred again." he said

"Yeah." she said 

They pulled into the airport and got two tickets to VA and got on the plane. They landed in VA and she got a rental car. She put in the address in her GPS on her phone and they found them a hotel room at the hotel close to her grandparents house.
