RYAN POV

I grabbed the remaining of my stuff and decided to stay at Brendon's place since he offered.

I got in my rental car and drove over to Brendon's house.

I knocked on the door and no answer. I lift up the welcome mat and pulled up the key. Then unlocked the door and placed the key back underneath the mat.

There was no sign of any of them. I decided to go pick out my room.

I placed my stuff in the guest room I was using.
I went into the fridge and took out a beer. I looked inside the pantry. Damn no snacks.

Then I decided to get into my rental car and drive to a nearby store.

I turned on the radio.

"This is High Hopes by Panic! at the Disco." The radio announced and then started it off with the trumpets playing.

"Well, I hope you guys have an amazing holiday and stay safe and cozy inside during this Christmas, so merry Christmas to all" the announcer said.

Shit what day is it. I looked at my phone it's Christmas Eve.

I decided to stop by the mall and get a few gifts. I got a Starbucks gift card for Sarah. A teddy bear for Emmy and Brendon, well he has me. But I got him a gift card as well.

Then I stopped by the store and got myself a gift. Snacks and cheez wiz of course.

After that I returned back at Brendon's house. They got home before me. I unpacked my stuff and organized it.

"Hey, uncle Ryro. What do you have there?" A little voice asked.

I always hated it when people called me Ryro. The only person I would let is Brendon. But this is not Brendon or apart of Brendon.

"Umm, I got some Chips and Cheez wiz" I said.

"What's cheez wiz?" Emmy asked.

"Well it's basically cheese in a can, so cheez wiz" I said.

"Umm, okay" She said.

"Stop messing with my daughter. Emmy it's just something that your uncle loves more than his life." Brendon said walking into the room.

"Alright, so guests are gonna be here..." Brendon said lookin at his watch.

"Umm now" I said while the doorbell rings.

Brendon ran like a little kid to the door opening it.

He was so adorable.

~ A FEW HOURS LATER~

Guests started to arrive. I knew some of the people and some were new to me.

I was downstairs hanging out with the people and I invited my friend Roberto over so I won't feel too left out.

"Hey Roberto, this is Brendon my friend" I said pointing over to Brendon that was tipsy.

"Ahh this the guy, you won't shut up about" I chuckled hitting the large guy in the chest.

"Hey Roberto, since you like kids. Wanna meet Emmy?" I asked winking for Roberto to come with me.

I ran over to Emmy's room she was sleeping in her bed. It was 9pm and she was sound asleep.

The lights were off so great and she fell asleep with her covers still made. Everything was up to plan.

"Alright, stay right here" I told Roberto.

I ran inside the room.

"Hey uncle Ryro." She said tiredly.

"Hey Emmy." I grabbed her arm. I put a grip to her arm and I felt her tugging it away.

"I told you already, don't call me Ryro. I'm not even your uncle. I'm just here to steal Brendon back. But it's difficult because you and Sarah are in my way." I said tugging her arm even more. I started putting the drug on my arm smearing it in her face. After a few minutes she collapsed in my arms, falling asleep soundly.

As I pick her up, Sarah came over.

"Hey, What's going on?" She asks.

"Oh nothing" I say wrapping Emmy in a blanket.

"Alright then" she said walking down the hall.

Wow this girl must be clueless, what does Brendon sees in her that I don't have.

I lay Emmy in my bed and let her stay there and then we start the plan the next day.

Alright, I'm back now. Vegas was fun, but glad to be back home. The story is going to end pretty soon so yea. I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter, see you guys soon and much love 😘
