By the end of the day, the daily routine of being picked up by Shunyu has started once more. Shinyi excitedly hops over like a rabbit to the door and jumps on the person who opened the door. He tightly grips his hands and smuggles his face into- Wait... Something wasn't right about this.
Feeling the tremor of their wide and well toned chest, Shinyi instantly freezes. A low and hoarse voice chuckled, "I didn't know that you miss dage this much, Yi'er~"
Shinyi looks up with widened eyes. Oh... No... it's the wrong person.
Shinyi murmurs softly, "Ah! This... Umm... it was a mista-"
As he's speaking, he swiftly loosens his hold and tries to pull his arms back, only to have their much larger hand pull him up from underneath his armpits. A sly smile appears on Feiyi's 'stormy' face, "A mistake? Do you really not love dage anymore?"
Shinyi deftly shakes his head like a rattle drum missing the meaning behind the smile. He couldn't lose his thigh right now! "No! Umm. Yi'er just meant that... I didn't think it would be you, dage~ Don't be upset okay? Yi'er loves dage a lot!"
He tried to make his voice as coquettish as much as he could when he said 'dage'. This is what An Chuhua had always done... So it should work right?
Just as he expected, their face returned to their usual condition and he takes a breath of relief. But just as he thought he had been granted amnesty, the other person sheds all sense of shame. Feiyi points to his cheek, "Then kiss dage on his cheek~"
F— your mother⁹!
Shinyi puffs out his cheeks and glares at this shameless man. Instead of looking threatening, Shinyi looks like a rabbit that may have been poked one too many times and was on its last nerve. Thinking whether to turns its butt to face you or to turn its butt to face you.
What did Shinyi do? Obviously none of that! He knew that if he didn't give leeway the first time, this man would just get more shameless. Last time he rejected, he did not have to kiss once but six times on either cheek before they let him off.
Shinyi hastily pecks their cheek and turns his head away. Oof! How could they ask him to do this! Ah, he really needed to grow fast. As fast as a bamboo¹⁰! Only then would he be granted safety from all of this. It wasn't that Shinyi hated giving others affection... it was just that he was unused to it and was a wee bit shy to do so.
