Hey guys, thank you so much for reading my story, it has been quite insane, especially since the jenkai news, but thank you for supporting me anyway.
A lot of authors are stopping their jenlisa ff, a lot of others are continuing it, which i don't full agree with, but won't judge anyway.
I don't feel like I explained enough why I wanted to stop, so here's what I think about this situation as a fanfiction/au writer.
We don't know for sure that Jennie and Kai are dating, it could be just pr, or something to cover up another scandal, it's possible.
But it's also possible, and even more realistic, for two people to just have feelings for each other,,,
Now, let's not forget that they are real people. They aren't just some characters in a movie. Shipping real people can be fun, as long as we respect the limits of it. Should i remind you about popular ships such as Larry or Camren, and how that ended up?
I think it's okay as long as we don't shove the ships into their faces (like what happened on the 23rd of september with jenlisa wasn't okay at all,), or aren't being delusional about it (it's for fun, jenlisa aren't dating irl...)
Now, why won't i continue the story with jenlisa or any of jennie ships ?
Simple. If I was dating someone, I really wouldn't want people to write story about me or my partner being with someone else... that's just.. logic, idk. That's called respect.
I'm aware Jennie won't see these story, but still.
I just can't keep writing about her being in a relationship with someone else if she's with Kai in real life.
Others ff writers might think otherwise, and I respect their opinions, but I just can't think like them.
I hope you all understand.
I'm planning on writing another short story with Chaelisa, but then again, I'll wait until Dispatch reveal all of the couples (Not that I want them to expose them, but we know they will anyway...) just in case Rosie, Lisa or Jisoo are dating someone too.
I'll post a few chapters of Everyday again, to give you guy a proper ending, but that'll be the last thing i post about them (beside my jenlisa au on twitter that i'll also be ending soon), expect if Jenkai break up (i don't want them to, but it happens), then i might start writing again about jenlisa after some time.
